I hate to complain because I rarely have issues with this location or any other dutch bros. Today I ordered a chai tea but recieved what tasted like coffee just mixed with milk. It's just disappointing spending $7 on a medium drink that I won't drink because I'm not a fan of their coffee. I would have taken it back but had no time before having to be at work. I understand mistakes happen but it's just an expensive drink to have to waste.

Showed up tonight at my favorite location on 10/2/24 @10:35pm. My drink was supposed to be 1/2 sweet and it wasn't. I asked for a large and was given a Medium and when corrected about a large they just added more freeze to my drink which made it very sweet and they didn't add whip cream both times when told to add it

Exceptional service as I've come to expect from the Dutch Mafia. My app wasn't working, the staff was very patient with me while I tried troubleshooting. The coffee was amazing. I got the iced Caramelizer, my favorite. My wife got one of the seasonal drinks. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this location!
Went to this specific location because I was told it is one of the best in Eugene, but was highly disappointed. The service was horrible. We ordered a carmelizer with an extra shot and whip, asked for it to be picture perfect. The little blonde girl handed us something completely different, and when we told her what we ordered she got an attitude saying "well it has an extra shot, but I'll make it picture perfect". She takes it back grabs another cup that she gets chocolate and carmel sauce all over the outside of, dumps the drink in it and shoves back out the window. All this while glaring at us because we asked her ro make it the way we ordered it.
I would not recommend going to this location. At least not when the rude little blonde girl is working.

Fast and friendly. The barista messed up on one of the drinks and in a flash handed out and said "this one's on the house see if you like it better with real fruit." And with in seconds the remake was in my hands and I might add. I loved the mistake better...?
