I like the vibes and the service is usually great. I wish the managers and corporate treated the workers better though. Supporting BLM and other marginalized groups' advocacy for better rights and treatment shouldn't put your job in jeopardy. That's why I can't give this company full stars. Because you guys have amazing staff. I know it's not an issue on their end.

I hate to complain because I rarely have issues with this location or any other dutch bros. Today I ordered a chai tea but recieved what tasted like coffee just mixed with milk. It's just disappointing spending $7 on a medium drink that I won't drink because I'm not a fan of their coffee. I would have taken it back but had no time before having to be at work. I understand mistakes happen but it's just an expensive drink to have to waste.
Showed up tonight at my favorite location on 10/2/24 @10:35pm. My drink was supposed to be 1/2 sweet and it wasn't. I asked for a large and was given a Medium and when corrected about a large they just added more freeze to my drink which made it very sweet and they didn't add whip cream both times when told to add it
