Made my order wrong i told them i wanted hand blended rebel girl who took my order said she couldn’t hear me even tho she seemed like she heard me and then hands me the wrong drink again not hand blended. didn’t have time to ask again and i shouldn’t have had to ask again. $7 for wrong drink.

I'm not going to this Dutch Bro or any other. You can't use a reusable cup. They won't refill it. I ask for one cup & no lid but that gets ignored. I burned myself hand, leg & son taking the lid off. They use 2 cups. Which I can't believe the waste.

They mess up my order literally every time. No other location messes this up. This one does it every time. It’s a watermelon only blended rebel extra sweet. Like how do you mess it up every time. And I’m nice so I don’t think it’s because of me. I go on my lunch break so I never have time to go back and ask them to remake it. I guess it’s time for a new location. Very disappointing:(

The photo on the left is from West 7th Dutch bros... And the one on the right is from highway 99... And let me tell you .. the girls down here at the West 7th Dutch bros are amazing! I got my birthday drink mistakenly at 99 because they gave me basically ice with no flavor So I went down to the West 7th one and they were more than happy to remake it for me and said they get it a lot from the Highway 99 one.. I don't recommend that one at all It was absolutely disgusting If you want Dutch Bros see the ladies down at West 7th! They actually make your drinks the way you want the and our delicious
My bf and I both ordered blended rebels, and the first time they gave him an iced rebel with the wrong flavors, then when they did blend it, it was still incorrect. When I got my drink it tasted mediocre and they didn’t add the fresh fruit that I asked for. Overall very disappointing. (The people serving us were two young women and every other time it’s been a very nice hip young man)

Pulled up in my right hand drive car. They told me it was a liability issue to back in the drive through with a rhd vehicle and I needed to turn around before they would serve me. I was the only customer there. Corporate please explain how this is a liability issue! Never had that problem any where else. to top it off they made my coffee wrong and had terrible attitudes. I won’t be coming back to this location again

This was not a great visit. They took my order and lost it by the time I got to the window when they tried to take my order again and I said I had already paid¿ the person taking my order was in stained sweatpants and no one seemed to care. The drink wasn’t blended well either but definitely wasn’t willing to ask them to remake it. Disappointing to visit a location like this when most are very pleasant.
