I went to go get my morning coffee. The security guard is sending people to drive the wrong way around the parking lot when its busy claiming people are blocking traffic when they are not. And the person is rude. The person is going to cause an accident and cost you customers. I counted at least 5 cars that left Dutch Brothers and went to the Human Bean instead.

The employees are more interested in playing with each other and not assisting customers I sat in line for over 10 mins 3 employees looked at us and walked away not saying a word I could see them and hear them playing around and not assisting/ acknowledging me. I ended up have to get out of the car and placing the order at the window and they still messed it up.

Tried to do drive through, but it was busy and the parking lot couldn't accommodate, so I was told to park and order at the counter which was fine, but then they proceeded to serve the 5 orders which came after me and both people who came before me. After waiting 20 minutes for my drinks they were mostly melted as they had been sitting ready for 10 minutes outside while they said my order wasn't ready. Love dutch bros, but pass on this location if they are busy

I haven't been to Dutch in a long time prior to yesterday, but if all of them are like this, I'll not be going back. It is no longer operating as a drive up coffee stand, instead it's a combo of all the worst parts of a drive through car wash and a sonic. You park and wait for service but nothing explains that to the customers at all so you awkwardly drive to the stand as usual only to sit there forever until you realize people parked randomly are having coffee walked to them. Finally once you've waited a bit someone comes out to take your order but there's no menus or any info anymore because you're not at the stand. So you've got to awkwardly ask what's even available and since the interaction is so painful you just take whatever the first thing you hear that isn't bad is. Then back to waiting awkwardly because you're just sitting in a parking lot of a completely different business. Finally after the 30 seconds of painful human interaction, get your drink, just to find out they completely butchered it and it isn't even remotely close to what you ordered. Hopefully this is temporary, and if I ever see normal operation again, I'll change this review to reflect that.
