I live in the Roseburg area and the service down here. Sucks everybody's rude and uppity, and they don't even talk to you unless it's here or you owe this much, BUT this Dutch Bro was awesome. It had the old Dutch Bros vibes.

Perhaps it's the standard all the other locations have set, but coming to this dutch bros is just the worst. On top of the parking lot being absolute chaos, the staff very rarely has it together which causes the line to be so painfully long and slow. I could over look that if it didn't feel like my drinks were also purposely made wrong or carelessly made if I don't tip. As a regular I tip as much as I can but sometimes I have just enough for coffee and that's it. I also have a severe milk allergy and theyll hand me a drink thats pure milk and a drop of coffee and promise it's oatmilk. They know my drink and know my name yet there's still a massive disconnect where I feel almost uncomfortable going there as if I'm inconveniencing the staff by showing up. I was a regular at another dutch bros location for a couple of years and I absolutely loved the staff and made the poor assumptions all dutch bros are like that. I really hope the river road DB reopens soon so I can start going there, hopefully with better luck. If not I'll have to try out the human bean instead.

I dislike everyone at highway 99 Dutch. Bad experience always lol. But here they’ve always been nice maybe it’s the area so I’d say the extra drive would be worth it. I asked if they had ornaments just to ask bc I didn’t get one yesterday and one of the workers gave me theirs!!

((Please read))) Lately (this year) I have consistently experienced? decline of quality at Dutch Bros. For one the coffee is seriously not good anymore and the employees are not providing good customer service ? 2 days ago I bought an expresso and it was bad, so the very nxt day I returned and complained about it, the emp was rude and really didn't care and this time,again as before the coffee sucked! This is really a bummer, I don't think ppl realize, they're really (not) doing a good job. This is very widespread what is going on? I am not longer a customer of Dutch Bros. ?? good luck ???
