I was traveling and forgot to ask for my Christmas ornament when I was at the window. Coffee was good, They were turning over orders so quickly that ornament was overlooked. So, when I got to my destination town Florence, they gladly offered so 5 stars for them

They put way too much ice in my drink every time I come here. They fill the cup to the brim with ice and my drink is always gone within 60 seconds. Every other location does not do this!
