This facility is dropped right in the middle of a beautiful natural wetland, destroying acres of wildlife.

Great idea but they sneak sweeteners in. Stevia doesn't go in tea! Trust us to make our own decisions on sweeteners or not. Why add the one that causes bloating? And gas?

My experience Is that the tea being made is quality for the most part I was only there for a few weeks and worked 10:pm to 6:30 Am...there were several nice &personable employees including The front desk and HR people were kind!!!!....the real Dilema there tho was my crew of people I worked with in blending on my shift these people exhibited behavior that showed me that they were people who ended up there from other jobs,,,and probably couldn't find a job anywhere else that would hire them!!!...very condescending and ignorant in their personalities,,,as well as being micro managers and so called know it all,s who spent more time worrying about my work and my movements rather than paying attention to their own jobs and duties!!!!....when in reality their work ethic was lacking and showed that they were employees who would criticize your work ,,while neglecting their own work and looking for a way to get out of doing any real tangible work!!!!also they are clikish if you don't fit into their scheme your out.....I would drink the tea you will enjoy it....just be aware of the blending crew overnights because they will toss you under the bus and make themselves look like the good guys in doing it.......You'd be better off anywhere else working than at this place!!!!!they will offer free tea to you as an incentive,,,but all the tea on the planet does not make up for their unethical Actions toward you As a new employee!!!...they don't carry any respect for themselves,,so how could they possibly have any respect for you...

Though their tea is usually quite good, the quality control measures are not. I've experienced many tea bags falling apart and the contents floating around in the cup. If I wanted a loose leaf tea I'd buy it, but I purchased this and expect the tea to stay in the bag.

DONT BUY YOGI TEA AND DONT WORK HERE, Negative work environment employees hold grudges another employee ran over my foot on purpose with a pallet jack for being told to do its job then lied to the supervisor which sided with the other employee and then I got fired me for it, Horrible supervisors and bad work environment I would give no stars at all

Used to be a decent place to work,not anymore. The production manager John has replaced all of management with his personal friends. People are hired and fired according to their social standing with John instead of their skills. Current management has no regard for safety of employees, and are not held accountable for their actions.

Amazing facility, very friendly people. I’ve lived in Eugene for many years I didn’t know we had a tea manufacture of this size here.There office has a mural of all the different types of tea they individually bag her, very impressive!

Similar experience to someone else here. Tea bags were sealed into the wrapper so that each time I attempted to remove one, the bag ripped. I hope they get this issue fixed at the factory and improved their quality control.
