Eduardo's taco shop is a surprising place with tasty tacos, especially the pastor and carnitas. The converted gas station vibe feels real, though not the cleanest. The newly remodeled bathrooms were spotless. The service is solid, but some customers feel it can be a bit slow, suggesting the place may be understaffed. The food is good, leaving customers energized and happy. The ABSOLUTELY fantastic food is complemented by excellent service in a clean environment. The salsa bar is fantastic, and the location is convenient right off the highway, although parking can be limited.

Jonny Valderon, the new owner, is amazing at his craft, and the ingredients are FRESH and made from scratch. The amazing street tacos, breakfast burrito, and bean and cheese burrito are SOOOO delicious that customers can't wait to go back for more. One customer declared the breakfast burrito to be large and scrumptious, while another shared that the shrimp burrito is juicy, big, and fresh, with a crispy outside. Every time they eat it, they can't control their joy. The homemade sauces are fresh and flavorful, showcasing the effort put into the variety. This hole in the wall has the best tasting Mexican food in Eugene, and many are happy it is close to their neighborhood.
