Pretty good food, excellent presentation for a meal from a food truck. I ordered the Tlayuda w adobado and it was enjoyable, though it didn’t blow me away. I will be coming back for sure.

Low quality beef for the asada, with a little bit of grizzle, and very bland, as if it were not marinated with enough spice, salt, acidity, and time. Adobada was bland, when it should be bursting with flavor. It looks like they cook before the pan/skillet is truly hot, or they crowd too much meat in it, so the meat gets steamed rather than developing flavor/Maillard reaction. Sauces were thin. Nice quick service and cool seating area. Cost is way too high for the quality you get here, at $3.50 per taco which comes with cabbage lol which is a little strange, at least for street taco style (I know it’s included in some styles). It also didn’t include any onions, which was soooooo disappointing. I would say it would be fine if it was really cheap like $1.50 or $2.00 each taco. Quite disappointing.

We order 2 burritos 2 tacos and 2 horchatas. It was close to 40 dollars. We weren't full so we went to subway fir a footlong sub. It was cheaper and bigger than the burrito and tacos.

Great little food stand! The staff was really friendly and the food was great! I tried a carne asada machete and two tacos, one chicharrón and one adobado. Tortillas are fresh made and the machete was huge. Only down side is the small seating and how close it is to the busy loud avenue.
We ordered a large delivery for our staff lunch. Everything came exactly as ordered and the food was excellent!

It’s hilarious reading other reviews, because their expectations are clearly just too high. We’re not in Oaxaca people, get real.For Eugene, this place is great. Just make sure you’re ordering when the older ladies are working. Or else you’ll run into less seasonings, which could be a bummer.The Adobada is great. Put it on the: nachos, breakfast burrito, gorditas, or blanda.The one thing I do agree with that the nay sayers are on about, is the horchata. Fresh & Natural is the king (in Eugene) as far as I’m concerned.Highly recommend!
