This little food cart has great food and very friendly service. It's located in the Whittaker neighborhood right across the street from Ninkasi's tasting room. They have Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, etc. All of the meals I've had from here have been fresh, hot, and tasty. Prices are fair, especially for the freshness and quality of the food.

Parking: It's in a neighborhood, so street parking within walking distance is the best option.

Stopped by Eugene and tried this place out. The others I were traveling with were not feeling Mexican but upon trying this place they were pleasantly surprised! The quality of the meat and the handmade tortillas really made this place stand out. 5/5

Some tips for vegetarian meals. El Nopalito is usually able to substitute mushrooms, nopales or eggs for other proteins.

Vegetarian options: Substitute mushrooms, eggs or nopales for any other proteins. Just mention that you’re vegetarian or other dietary needs and they can guide you.

Parking: If there is ever limited parking in front or in the lot, just go one block on the other side of Ninkasi to park.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love this food. They can substitute items usually if needed.

I tried the pambazo, and now I need a nap. Seriously, the sandwich is stick to your ribs hardy! Do not attempt to eat while wearing your favorite white shirt. The agua fresca was just the freshing thing you need on a hot summer afternoon. Will be returning to try more!

Best food truck in town! I enjoyed everything on their menu so far (think there's only one thing I haven't tried yet!) Always excited for their specials and look forward to the weekends to see what they're going to make. Pastor and fish are my favorite tacos. Mole was absolutely phenomenal! Green salsa I can eat by itself ? but all their sauces are wonderful! Agua fresca is tart and refreshing and a must at every visit.
