Pretty decent for mall food. I was happy they substituted large slices of avocados for meat in my nachos, and I was intrigued by their iced drinks. I would see the experience as a solid 4 stars if it weren’t for the fact that I found a hair in both my drink and food and ended up not being able to finish either. I hope this review might be all it takes for them to ensure this doesn’t continue to happen.

The burria quesadilla was the most delicious thing I've ever eaten. The mole wet burrito was really nice. And their horchata is to die for. Amazing customer service the lady was very nice and patient with us.

Seriously one of, if not the only, place in Eugene where I can get fresh and delicious authentic Mexican cuisine. Noe always puts a smile on my face as this is my go to spot when I have to buy lunch on my break at work. Working in the mall is a blast, but the food can become a bit repetitive. At least when I eat here, it tastes delicious every time, it doesn’t make my body feel bad, and I feel healthier than eating at the fast food chains! Most of the other places, after a while, start to taste like over processed fast food. You will not get that here- worth every penny! Thank you Noe !!

Just tried El Taco Fresco for the first time with my 3 year old! They were so quick and the food was YUMMY! I ordered the Asada Fried—they were so flavorful and the portion was huge! We plan to go back!

Food was great! So much better than in the Portland area. Ordered the Carne asada taco combo meal and meat was cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectly. Loved how closely similar it was to authentic Mexican food.
