I asked for an iced flat white which they didn't have on the menu, but the barista googled what it was and made one for me anyway! Plus the inside was really cool and they had a lot of seating.

The food and coffee is great, however, the owners and managers are extremely rude and inconsiderate. Not professional and extremely unkind. If it wasn't for the goodness of their employees I would not give them business or support in anyway.

Had a bagel and cream cheese. It was about what I expected, not bad. I noticed the employee handled the cream cheese square with their bare hands after touching cash and everything else. The staff were friendly, but this place needs a deep clean. Scrub the walls or repaint. It’s looking real rough. I probably wouldn’t return.

Enticed by the pictures of the pastry case and word of good coffee, my partner and I went to this chaotic area near campus. Parking near here is an absolute nightmare, especially due to the construction going on around here, but was able to secure a spot, pay for parking and make our way for the first and last time to this establishment. The service was great... fast and friendly. The coffee was meh.I got a Mango pastry of some kind... it looked great and was really looking forward to it... sadly I think it had been sitting there for days and was the driest, most devoid of flavor pastry I think I've ever had a couple bites of before throwing it away.I don't recommend this place for food or drink.

I’ve been an Espresso Roma fan for 35 years now, since I was an undergrad. I’m glad that it’s still around. The muffins are as great as they were back in the day!

My mom brought me here as a child for a croissant and hazelnut steamer. Now, I bring my kid to enjoy treats, local art and whimsical courtyard. Eugene staple.

This is a popular spot for college students. The drinks are mostly ok. Their muffins are a dentists delight - very hard. Generally, they don't even taste like the advertised flavor.

Parking: You will have to find parking in the street or in a nearby parking lot and walk.

Well it’s one of those places that you’d probably hate but you keep going back to!The environment is very cozy and nice, beautiful artwork on the walls, but man o man.. there were egg shells on the floor, total messy counter..half of the time some one would call:“Some thing something latte” and well you have to guess that is yours:/ we ordered 4 drinks one of which we got what we ordered for, rest were missing some thing! Though staff were super nice and friendly! I got a hot chocolate for my Mexican mocha? and the guy was like no no let me fix it and added a shot of espresso in there, and said does it taste cinnamon or did we forget that?? the cherry danish was super awesome though!Cleanness: not so much!Service: nopeFood: goodPeople: niceAccess: walking mostly

coffee was burnt and tasted terrible, decor is run down looking. Staff were fine other than wearing a Raiders hat
