I’m tired of spending money on disappointing meals - thank goodness I found the Eugene Burger Co. Travis was super friendly and helped me create an amazingly tasty burger. Yummy sauces, great variety of fries Can’t wait to go back.

What a place! Me and the bestie are vacationing in Eugene - from Texas. Trouble finding the place at first. The environment was definitely a “food court” kind of feel. When we first sat, our original bartender was a bit off-putting, was not very welcoming. He ended up leaving, and our FAVORITE, Travis, took over. Fantastic conversation, the vibes were absolutely incredible. The “unwelcoming” feel went away immediately with Travis. We absolutely LOVED Travis. Big fan. Food, however, a bit underwhelming. Not terrible; was expecting a lot more though. I got a chicken caesar wrap, only thing that was lacking was the sauce! I’m a big sauce girly. Bestie got a cheesesteak sandwich & they were lacking the sauce too! We loved the place though, if time allowed; we would definitely come back again.

Delicious! 🤤 Friendly atmosphere too!
I am visiting Eugene for business and have fallen in love with Eugene Burger Company! I stumbled upon the establishment and immediately became hooked! The concept is fantastic in that you truly build your lunch or dinner, whether it be a burger or a chicken sandwich with plenty of options and combinations to choose from, not to mention a variety of salads, wraps and selected entrees. The end result is nothing short of exceptional! I have tried multiple selections and never leave disappointed! What I love most about the establishment is the owner. I have been here multiple times and the owner is always working, ensuring his guests have a wonderful experience and are happy with their meal! He is extremely knowledgeable with his selection of beers and cocktails and knows exactly what pairs best with your lunch or dinner! Plus, he is a great conversationalist when it comes to food and drink and whatever else may be on your mind! I cannot recommend Eugene Burger Company enough. Try it and you will not be disappointed!! I will miss this place when I return home and hope they will consider expanding into the Richmond, VA market so I may continue to be a loyal and devoted customer!

Absolutely the best burger in Eugene. We all did the double smash patty, they even have Rogue Valley Creamery blue cheese which is some of the best of the PNW. Great service, the owner is clearly passionate about his craft and he does it well.
I called for a take out order for my husband so I could pick it up on the way home they quoted about 30 minutes, I got there a few minutes early expecting it to not be ready and was told they are low staff and its gonna take a little longer because a cook went home with a migrane. Ok cool that's fine, about 10 minutes past the 30 that was quoted I was told it shouldn't be much longer. After another 10 minutes I asked again and was told a few more orders were ahead. After an hour I finally received the food, went home my husband said it was horrible and only ended up eating half the burger cause he felt bad I waited so long for something he wanted and threw the fries away (the many reason he wanted food from there). I called about it and told the manager Travis that it didn't taste right and explained it was frustrating I waited double of the quoted time, he proceeded to tell me my order should have taken 10 minutes longer (an hour and 10 minutes) but he rushed my order because I was impatient and he can't tell his boss the food just didn't taste right (his words). He also tried to argue that I wasn't quoted 30 minutes it was 35-45, which I was not.

16$ for a burger the size of a child’s burger. Would not recommend , do not get a good bang for your buck.

We felt like having a burger. We decided to try here, and am glad we did. The service was very friendly, the food was great and the building had an old Industrial feel. We will visit again.

Great food and great service. It's been a long time since I've been able to enjoy a gluten free burger and beer. 10/10 would eat here again!
