Inside a small food hall, Eugene Burger Company lets you build your own burger with any side. I ordered the 1/3 pound of burger with cheddar cheese, grilled jalapeno, pickles, lettuce, and onions with garlic mayo. It was decent. My side was their Caesar salad and it was good. The blueberry hard cider on tap hit the spot!
ONE OF THE BEST BURGERS OF MY LIFE. Man at the counter was awesome! I think he said he was the owner? He had so much character and kept making me laugh. I went w/ the double smash + grilled onions / mushrooms + garlic mayo and there were some tastes that I have never tasted on a burger before. 10/10. gluten friendly options too
This place knocked it out of the park. The double smash burger was the best I’ve had. The steak fries? Delish but the reason I am writing is to tell you not to sleep on the sweet tea. I’m Southern. I know my sweet tea and it was a pure delight to find such great tea so far away from home. The gentleman that helped me was also awesome. Go there. 5 stars. Highly recommended.
