as a former chef here, i can tell you that you’ll pay a premium price for some of the most mediocre food you can get. this place uses the absolute cheapest ingredients possible and tries to make up for it by making everything in house. training isn’t taken very seriously so expect your food, if you decide to come back a second time for whatever god forsaken reason, to be inconsistent. if it weren’t for the lack of training, your food would likely come out pretty sad if you came at a busy time anyways due to the head chef (james schendel) regularly scheduling chefs exceeding their discussed hours, firing chefs on a whim, and generally exhausting them mentally and physically. great employees, okayish (but grossly overpriced) food, terrible ambience, leadership, and a disgusting kitchen to top it off. i urge anyone to spend their money elsewhere.

We were in Eugene on vacation and always check our local breweries when visiting a new place. Let’s just say, the beer may bring you in, but the food will continue bringing you back.
We had some truffle fries and a house salad to share as our appetizers. We then had fish tacos, the club sandwich, and the Mac and Cheese. All of our items were so good. Their fries are cut there, sauces are made in-house, meats smoked on site, and everything was seasoned just right. We would highly recommend all of these. Also, the portions are very generous. This was the best food we had on our Pacific Northwest trip.
The employees were also very kind and helpful. They definitely added to our experience.

Amazing experience at Falling Sky Brewery.
We were visiting from out of town and are so glad we stopped here. The food is incredible and made from scratch, beer and cocktails are also top notch. Highly recommend the fish tacos, the Mac and cheese and the truffle fries. The staff were kind, helpful and attentive. We loved it and wish we lived closer so we could come here more often!

Wow. This place is awesome.
First the service was awesome, the staff there was so nice and enthusiastic about our drink choices! Very helpful staff!
The food was amazing. I got the Cajun pasta with chicken and my friend got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Both were delicious, had a large portion, and was priced well.
The atmosphere is great. It is a smaller brewery so not as loud and echoing as other larger breweries I have been to in bigger cities. It has a really nice porch section too if you like to eat outside.

First visit! AWESOME place! The people who work here are so cool and helpful. We met Mariah and a Ginger I believe named Rusty. The food is all fresh, flavorful, and damn good. They make their own infused cocktails and have a spectacular beer selection.

Nice selection of beer and atmosphere. However, the kitchen leaves something to be desired. We ordered a pretzel and chicken strips but unfortunately it took an hour for a stone cold pretzel and a grilled cheese instead of chicken to arrive. Kitchen staff were very rude when we inquired about the status of the order 45 min into the wait.

Thank you for taking care of our staff during the lunch hour on short notice. The food and service was prompt and friendly. Delicious and quick! We will be sure to connect again for catering and staff lunches. Glad Mel could provide a personal recommendation for the OAA team.

Restaurantji Recommends
Fun place with a good spread of decently priced drinks, generous portions, and cool staff.
I had the fish tacos and recommend them sevenfold, especially if you aren't feeling hungry enough for a burger - The pickled onions, the slight grill on the tortilla, and the batter all contributed to a fun mouth feel and the flavor was FANTASTIC. I love fish tacos, but these are definitely the best I've had so far.
The beer cheese mac and cheese has the look and comfort of homemade mac n cheese, but is more smooth and has a slight richness. The pasta was bouncy and appeared house-made. I don't feel like I can get this anywhere else, and boy was it GOOD!
We split an order of truffle fries which is served with ketchup and their garlic aioli. ABSOLUTELY DELECTABLE. I was snacking on these long after I was full. Even if you're not a fan of truffle, their fries are completely solid on their own. Ours were hot out of the fryer, and they were perfectly crispy and fluffy. Even with three of us going to town on them, we still had roughly two servings left at the bottom of the basket.
My only regret is that I can't take the entire restaurant with me to Washington. I hope to come here again next time I'm passing through Eugene! :)

Great local brewery I stopped at on a whim while driving through Eugene. Wide beer selection, and also mixed drinks/cocktails. Plus a really solid food menu. I got the Fried Pickles and have never had such a crispy fried Pickle. Very good.
Also some very cool murals outside.

Great spot in Eugene! Happy hour is awesome with $5 beers and tacos! Some of the best fish tacos I have had in this town! The service was fantastic! The guy with the red hair( sorry forgot to catch your name) helped us pick out some tasty beers and our puppy loved the patio! Overall 10/10 experience! We will be back!
