I ordered pretty late through doordash and had a special request. i called the store and Lola answered, she made sure every question i had was answered. i understand going out of the way in food service can be extra tedious, but she was very understanding and made sure everything was taken care of. props to her!!! 🙏🙏🙏

The lady at the desk made me wait 25 minutes for an order that was taken by another customer. The customers that took my order came up and told me they accidentally took it after 20 minutes. The worker explained nothing to me and was already giving me attitude when I asked about my food. She proceeded to hand me a burger that the customers already touched and I didn’t accept it because that’s unsanitary and gross, wrapped or not. She proceeded to talk about me right in front of me to the other workers just because I asked for a new burger. I ended up asking for a refund and left but she was being so rude the whole time. I don’t know her name but she had short black hair, she was white, 5’8, and wearing some UGG boots in the KITCHEN. Horrible person when I was just trying to get some food and leave, I was being polite the whole time

I thought Arby's had mystery meat but fat shack is worse!! No taste , looks like and taste like cat food fillets. Buns were good but seriously cheddar cheese sauce, taco bell is better. Nothing in meat. Paper bag with bbq sauce would have been bettet....

This place is ???, Sandwich combo's I have never heard of, Mine had Mac n cheese, bacon, mozzarella sticks and French fries in it, and a buffalo sauce to too it Off. And I also got some cheesecake bites that are huge, with powdered sugar coated,crunchy outside, warm, soft gewy center of deliciousness, great price and I'm stuffed!

10/10 I loved every part of this place. The staff was super sweet and put my food under a warmer while I waited for my friends! Neverrrr had a mozz stick sandwich I am obsessed w this place. I liked you can just go in and order at the screen too! Came with two sides of Ken’s ranch too?! Loveeeeeee

For the love of god, change the picture you have for your fried pickles on the website, because that was really disappointing. You don’t have spears at all, you have soggy/falling apart circles that are super spicy for some reason, and they look to be about half of the amount of what’s actually pictured. Fried Oreos were more like bread balls with Oreos inside of them. Never again (pickles photo was taken after two were eaten)
