This is the only place I like my coffee. I have tried all over the place Dutch Bros, BlackRock, Starbucks, and many mom and pops local. I don’t even have to give the girls my order. Any place will have a turn around in staff however this place runs flawless. Most people never know you by sight but this place does.
Dietary restrictions: Have all the fancy nut milks, just no coconut.

They don't pay for utilities, and valvoline instant oil change pays the coffe shop utilities and they are not partners. The coffee shop is tapped into the same water and electrical lines, and they do not pay for it. They charge valvoline employees for drinks made with free water and electricity paid for by the valvoline employees hard work.
Edit a couple months later: still no prices.
No prices on the window for a while now. Too long to not have prices.. Orders always end up being more expensive than anticipated. Id like to tip more but i feel like prices change depending on who's making the drink.
8$ for an iced 20oz chai is nearly $3 more than Starbucks 24oz. Ive also bought the 24oz which was also $8, so thats been confusing.
Pretty expensive and not consistent prices. considering other local coffee options in town.

Hopefully they can actually set prices so i can budget in better tips or use cash more often. I’ll update my review when that happens.

The new owner is amazing. So sweet and eager to help! I hope her other employees are half as good as she is!

Moved to Eugene last May and discovered Firehouse Coffee. Since it is in my neighborhood it’s become my go to coffee bar. Super friendly baristas.

Coffee is gross and overpriced
I live about 25min away and will only go here for a extra hot Soy Oregon Chai with a CBD shot...I thought it was quite fast for her to be done with my drink to do extra hot...well when I got it, it was hardly even Luke warm, regular milk (messes with my stomach so much and I have to be at work), and she didn't put a CBD shot in. It was so watered down, I've never had a bad experience here...never seen that girl before but she acted like she had been there for forever but made the crappies cup of coffee I've ever had from there...I could have made a Luke warm cup of water with a splash of milk at home...
Stopped in for my first time today before work. Great service and amazing coffee! I think I found my new morning spot

The coffee tastes great! Their Mocha Milkshakes are the best around. However, They have a high employee turnover rate. Sucks having to tell new people your order over and over again. It makes customers feel great to have their order already known when you pull up.
