I live about 25min away and will only go here for a extra hot Soy Oregon Chai with a CBD shot...I thought it was quite fast for her to be done with my drink to do extra hot...well when I got it, it was hardly even Luke warm, regular milk (messes with my stomach so much and I have to be at work), and she didn't put a CBD shot in. It was so watered down, I've never had a bad experience here...never seen that girl before but she acted like she had been there for forever but made the crappies cup of coffee I've ever had from there...I could have made a Luke warm cup of water with a splash of milk at home...

The coffee tastes great! Their Mocha Milkshakes are the best around. However, They have a high employee turnover rate. Sucks having to tell new people your order over and over again. It makes customers feel great to have their order already known when you pull up.

This place is excellent. I love the espresso float or their real ice cream espresso shakes. But I think it's ridiculous that they close at 6. Especially being situated right next to Valvoline which is open until 7pm. Or near WinCo and McDonald's for that matter, which are both open 24-hours. I can't even remember how many times I've had a coffee craving in the middle of the night or needed a pick me up after getting my oil changed and heading out for a late night drive out of town. But other than that, I highly recommend.

I noticed all the bad reviews now after the fact unfortunately! Overpriced small house coffee, they sneak an extra charge without telling you if you use debit/credit. Rude staff. ???

I occasionally get coffee here on my way to work. It’s expensive and they charge more if you pay with card vs cash. Their stamp cards have quite a few punches and don’t even offer a free item, just a discount. What brought me here though, is I asked them to fix a mistake and they wouldn’t.Recently, I had a friend pick me up a hot mocha. By the time I got it, the foam was settled and the drink was just over half full. I went back to ask them to remake it and they brushed it off saying “the foam settles, that happens sometimes” and proceeded to charge me for my drink. When I asked if they would remake the drink for free since the cup was not even close to full (I showed the picture), I was told “if I give anything away for free my boss will have my ass”.I’m not usually one to complain so this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. Bummer that the boss would be so stingy that baristas can’t use their best judgement to make things right. Refusing to rectify a mistake is awful customer service.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever received. The owner is horrible, witnessed his wife accidently spill a drink she just made us and he proceeded to SCREAM at her (in front of his customers) when it was clearly an accident. He would not stop, this went on while we sat there in silence while he angrily remade our drink and she cleaned it up in tears. Each and every time we go here every single employee is so rude. What happened to coffee being about customer service and making a good drink. Do not go here unless you want to be treated horrible and bad over priced coffee, save yourself!

It is okay, fine but not great. I have heard that some people have been overcharged, even further than the 50 cents for the card. Overall, good in pince but if you can go to another place, do it.

okay so I have been going here for years best mocha milkshakes hands down but they are the most expensive coffee spot charges 1$ for a lid for crying out loud to get whip cream for 75c So in order to have whip cream you're charged $1.75 they charge to use your card and and now charging for ice Ridiculous Plus the blonde older lady and the younger girl with long blonde curlyish hair are just out right full rude To charge like they do at least be a little more nicer they might actually get a tip as well
