Could not remember why I stopped eating here until I went back. The beef has zero seasoning (Power tip - add your own salt, and the patty will have 2x the flavor). It's still bland beef. Now the burgers are about 4x the price it should be. $38 for 2 Dubbles, 2 Medium drinks, and 1 Medium fry. I can't believe 5 white guys are still in business... Someone tell the CEO to add some seasonings before you all go bankrupt. The staff and location get 5 out of 5, but if you all keep selling this junk, they won't have jobs... Maybe they don't care and this business is just for money laundering because I can't believe anyone actually likes the burgers here.

Food was terrible. They missed my burger patty while putting together my order. $14 Lettuce sandwich anyone? Fries were oil soggy and gross as well. Service was lacking. Atmosphere was awful due to unhoused begging outside the door. Will not return.

I typically enjoy Five Guys burgers, but I had an extremely disappointing experience recently that left a bad taste in my mouth—not from the food, but from the customer service. My 8-year-old son had a restroom emergency, and we were told the restroom was for customers only. I completely understand businesses having policies, but this was a child in distress (mind you he has medical issue that makes it difficult for him to hold it). Even after explaining this to multiple employees there was no compassion, no flexibility—just a cold, “Sorry, it’s for customers only.” Needless to say, we didn’t stick around to order food. Sometimes, basic human decency should come before rigid rules ESPECIALLY when it comes to a child. Really let down by how this was handled.

I don't normally do reviews good or bad but that double bacon cheeseburger was fire best I've had fries as well and service was quick nice job
I really like other locations but this one disappointed me. The burger was sloppy, my pickles were in the foil and not on the burger and the burger itself was not well seasoned. The fries were under cooked and the service was very bland.

It took awhile to get our food, and the food wraps are really, really thin on the burgers. Other than that it's a fantastic place, the food was fantastic, alot of fries, burger customization options and the drink machines also have so much selection. The customer service was quick and friendly, someone cleaning went out of there way to talk to me aside from my order being placed which only made it that much more inviting.

43.25 for 2 burgers, 1 had an extra patty, a med shake and a huge order of cold fries. I'm livid. Soggy buns, no real flavor but yet I had everything but the kitchen sink for toppings.
