By far the best burger I can get in Eugene/Springfield. Dine in or pick up the food is ALWAYS delicious. ALWAYS fresh. They even cook fresh fries EVERY TIME ! The only place I can get hot fresh fries with a pick up order and the best fries by far ? dine in is chill and great service :)

Just another great five guys. Staff was amazing and friendly. Good my food just as ordered and it tasted as always super yummy. Plenty of seating and parking available as well.

Five Guys has always been one of my favorite places to get a burger and fries, but not at this location. I was here on a Sunday around 12:30pm prime lunch hour. I ordered a single burger with all the standard toppings and a small fry. The bun was stale, dry and fell apart when I tried to eat my burger. The burger was cooked okay, but was smaller than my bun so I ended up leaving half the bun and toppings uneaten because it all fell apart due to the dry bun. The fries were cold and mostly smalls pieces of ends not nice large fries. Such a disappointment at this location. I sure hope all locations haven't gone downhill or I may have to find a different burger chain to be my favorite.
