Maybe I walked into this expecting more from all the reviews, but Ive tried 3 times and each one was a fail. First Philly I got was dry, yes a dry Philly. Can't really elaborate on that. The second time ordered a burger fries and a shake. Burger was mmmmkay fries were overcooked and shake was not terrible but definitely overpriced for what it was. 3rd time just bought the onion rings cause you fool me once......, and burnt. Fusion sauce was nothing to help the situation but my wife picked through them and they were ate. At least we were able to donate to lottery while there. Second time visiting I arrived on bike. No where on the property or the surrounding properties to lock up a bike, no place to put butts or any creature comforts. Pretty big fail all around in my mind. Even though nothing was really going on every time I went the staff was able to be too busy to be bothered.

By far one of the worst burger spots I’ve been to in Eugene ordered a bacon burger my bun was soggy from the patty it was super bland in taste my bread was hard and just falls apart the bacon is wayy over cooked was super crunchy and a nasty looking brown color. Dude was sweeping the floor then decided to use The broom he was sweeping the floor with to sweep off the tables that people eat on was working, barefoot, and then decides to go pour himself a cup of beer. Definitely will not come to this burger spot again you’re better off going to Gatcha burger and getting a burger that actually taste like something. This place needs help

The individual that works there during the day. Refused service to my friend and I , because she has a service dog. He was extremely out of his element, he was screaming about the service animal so bad that at this very moment im taking my friend to the emergency room! If nothing is done about this individual, by the owner of this establishment I will continue to follow up on this , when I asked if.he knew the law on service animals, he became violent and put his hands on me , pushing me in the chest . I ask the owner to review his security footage. He can contact me . I will contact the owner. Going into ER now . Ill finish laterlaws:
Definition of Service Animal:
Under Oregon law, a service animal is a dog or, in some cases, a miniature horse, that is individually trained to perform tasks directly related to a person's disability.
Public Accommodations:
Oregon law requires that service animals be allowed in places of public accommodation, such as restaurants, hotels, and stores, unless doing so would fundamentally alter the nature of the business.
This individual actually put his hands on me! This owner really needs to take swift action, I dear dare any person with a service animal
To attemt to walk in to this, FUSION BURGER place! I dont care about this person's putting his hand on me acting in a violent manner. If the owner does what he should , we'll see ? Im not going anywhere!
Inquiries by Businesses:
Businesses can only ask two questions to determine if an animal is a service animal: (1) is the animal required because of a disability? and (2) what work or task has the animal been trained to perform?
No Documentation Required:
Oregon law does not require individuals to provide documentation, such as a license, certification, or registration, to prove their animal is a service animal.
Behavioral Standards:
Service animals must be under the handler's control and be housebroken. If a service animal is out of control or not housebroken, the handler may be asked to remove the animal, but the individual with the disability must still be allowed to access the service or accommodation.

It's obvious you microwaved my entire meal. Lettuce and tomato pulverized. My burger was nothing less than WELL done. If you think I belive my tots were fresh, you are out of your mind. Mushy and bland. You were rude the whole time talking about how busy you are. I hope this is the last restaurant you are in touch with. You suck. Maybe try cleaning port o potty.

Went in for my first time last night around 5:30, and the lobby was empty. I asked the employee if they were always this slow. He didn’t answer me or look my direction. I asked again, just thinking he may not have heard me and he basically stated he wasn’t in any sort of mood. As I’d never been there before I asked if he was in the mood to tell me what’s good. He replied that he’s not the cook, and shouldn’t be there and was just filling in. I decided to go play video poker and decide where to go eat. I went back through the lobby to cash my ticket and the rap music was on so loud I couldn’t hear myself think, on top of that the music wasn’t edited. I definitely will not be returning!

Ordered the bacon cheeseburger not sure of the name they give it. I got the combo which had the option of garlic fries, which are truly truly amazing if you like garlic, I was tempted for the onion rings, but didn’t however there was one on the burger and they hand bread, their onion rings and again really, really good. The burger is cooked to how you like it. The bun is crafted the service amazing I don’t get very many reviews, but this one was great. Would’ve done a photo but ate it before I thought of doing the review.

Update: new owners, frozen pattys. Patty is very bland. Still decent, but not a destination anymore :(

Here's my old review: Very good burgers, many different options. Burgers are customizable, free for some options and a little more for the other options. This place cares about their craft. Recommended.

Ordered a Swiss burger with onions rings. The onion rings were good. The man at the register was very nice.

Burger was hard, flavorless cooked medium as requested. Also, fry sauce is white and tastes like vinegar. I just ate the onion rings and tossed the burger.

I ordered takeout and the burger I got had completely soaked through the bun by the time I picked it up (I arrived within 3 minutes after I got the text my food was ready for pickup) I also ordered my burger medium rare, and the center of the patty was undercooked enough that it was falling apart.

The fries were good, but this may be a restaurant that is much better to eat in at than to order for pickup
