Not bad being it has been closed for over a year. Doubt that it will reopen. That is what I like about Google Maps, constantly wrong about where I go.
was my favorite chinese restaurant. great service. great menu. hated to see them go. was pleased with every visit.
I don't know what most of these reviews are talking about, this place was amazing. I remember my family and I would always go there, and the food was always great. It made me really sad when the restaurant closed, and I wish it would open again.
The food was cold, old and incomplete. The waiter kept disappearing, and when he would appear, it was almost as if he was avoiding eye contact so he wouldn't have to help. I had to scrounge silverware and condiments from an empty nearby table. Everything the waiter did was begrudgingly, as if we were an inconvenience. The food was two dollars more expensive than the place two blocks over we usually go. We only ended up here because our usual place was closed. I don't know how this place has stayed open for so long. Never again.
We we're hungry for Chinese food and thought we'd give it a try. The building inside and out are not in good shape, and didn't smell or look super clean. We stayed, because we don't judge a book by it's cover. We ordered dinner c. The fried shrimp was way to thickly battered and was so greasy we had to put a bunch of napkins underneath to sop up the grease. The Chicken Subgum Chowmein was outstanding!!! The Chicken Hawaii was "not". It was supposed to be in a Pineapple sweet and sour type sauce. Instead, it came in a gravy that resembled chicken gravy. Tasty but not what we ordered. We kindly questioned the server. He spoke with the chef. They said that the menu (and restaurant), is getting ready for a renovation, and that the menu is decades old, so the new chef doesn't know how to cook that dish. He brought us a small plate of canned pineapple chunks, and offered to take $5 off of our bill. Unfortunately, we will not go back. We wish them all the luck, and hope their new renovation goes well, and brings them abundance and wealth!
Let's start this review off with the fact the waiter didnt know what drink selection they had. My mothers pepsi tasted like mildew. They gave us 2 forks ( for 3 people ). Stuck the hot plate directly in front of my toddler. I never once got a refill on my sprite. Now the food, my mother ordered Hawaiian chicken and failed to mention they were out of coconut. I got Kung Po Chicken.. well, it tasted like motor oil. Took them 15 minutes to bring our check ( we should've only paid for drinks at this point) so 27 bucks down the drain and an hour wasted. Left hungry and feeling ill. Needless to say overpriced garbage. Went to panda express afterwards if that tells you how terrible that was.
Have they reopened yet? I read sign they were closed and reopening under new management ... LEE will be missed I she is no longer managing, just hope if they reopened the food is as good as it has been for the 15 years I have been going there. Just hope there management can leave classic art and update rest of restaurant!
Rotten eggrolls. Completely inedible. Just from the smell I knew instinctively not to eat them. I tentatively tried the other dishes (I know, I know...as to why I still really have no idea what I was thinking) and - while not inedible in that they weren't made of anything that had obviously gone bad - they certainly weren't good either. Bland, over priced "food". Absolutely everything was completely sub par in every way imaginable. Very disappointed. I will never even consider eating here again and I've been known to have a relatively generous "second chance" policy when it comes to restaurants. This was on a whole different level. Take your money elsewhere.
Food was greasy, service was poor, pork looked old and fatty. Didn't bring appetizer until we were finished eating. It was inedible. Worst meal in ages.
The foods good and all but I have yet to get what I actually ordered... It's kinda a surprise what I get each time I eat here. I order of the lunch menu and am supposed to get rice and soup with the meal, got neither. If I didn't know what I was ordering then it wouldn't bother me...

Good food. It has two Parking lots. Good service and for family's too. Can have birthday meals in there. Open buffet, you can have as much food as you want for one price. Also has good hygiene. Definitely should try it out.
