Don't order online here and expect to skip the line. You must wait in line like everyone else, which defeats the purpose of online ordering id say. I didnt pick up my order. Will be contacting for refund soon. Great Ice cream though....
You guys need a better way to designate online ordering people to get inside faster, especially for doordashers! This delivery guy was feeling the same way i was about it. I didnt drive 25 minutes to wait in a line for something I've already paid for. Rediculous.

The ice cream was great. It is Sunday March 2nd,2025@ 3pm and two workers in the shop, a young man and a young woman, and a long line of people waiting for ice cream. The young man was working his butt off...Long line out the door. The tall blond young woman working there was absolutely worthless!!!. She did not address the line of folks, she did not help the young man. She was fiddling around with labels for the ice cream cabinets for 20 minutes. We finally got our ice cream cones from the hard working young man. We saw several groups of people walk out. That young man deserves a raise and the full content of the tip jar.
Best ice cream shop in Eugene, in my humble opinion! 🥳🍦💖 Great service, reasonably priced, and TONS of different flavors to choose from. 🍨🫠👍🏻 If you haven't been here yet, then you are absolutely missing out! 😁
Been waiting to go here for a few years (used to work at S&S and a customer mentioned this place so my interest was piqued) and it TOTALLY lives up to the hype!
We were helped by Garrett, one of the ice cream makers here, and he was genuinely a terrific server; he was super friendly and made my night for sure.
I thought the cones were only fine, but the ice cream was terrific. Tried 5 flavors, and got Strawberry, Chocolate Cake Batter, and Blueberry Cobbler. CCB was the clear winner, with the other flavors also terrific. Never had a flavor like the CCB though, highly unique
