Great burger, the meat is grass-fed so it tastes better than a normal burger. The bun is soft and the pickles taste amazing. The fries and milkshakes are delicious too. Can't go wrong with this place.

Very quick and efficient service. The person ringing up my order was SO helpful today and when I ordered a gluten free bun, they made sure to let me know the burger itself I ordered was not gluten free because of the soy sauce! Such a great catch and I appreciate not having a stomach ache later on.The food itself: portions are huge and definitely comparable to the price you're paying. It's a GIANT burger and the fries are perfectly crispy. I definitely recommend to my friends who are gluten free! I shall come back again

Ordered online for Pick Up. Once the order was accepted, I got an email saying it would be ready in 12 minutes. I was skeptical - and 10 minutes away - so I left right away. I was thoroughly impressed that my order was ready when I arrived! I ordered 2 burgers that both came with fries and a soda. I filled up the fountain drinks, then was on my way.It was a bit of a bummer that when I got back with a Lemon Lime Soda that was missing the Lemon Lime (just soda water). But the fantastic burger was a happy constellation. I got the Cowboy burger, and the thick bacon, crispy jalapeños, and pepper jack cheese beautifully complimented the smash style burger. The fries were adequate, if a little soft (but that could have been from the drive time). The parking lot is a bit teeny and shared with a number of businesses, but it's easy to find. The dining area was a decent size for eating, with a covered outside area shared with another restaurant. The staff may be should remember that they work at a place called HAPPY Cow. They weren't unpleasant but also didn't appear thrilled to be at work. All in all - I will dine there again - as I want to try their breakfast menu.

Been going here for quite some time! Regularly now that I’ve become more and more pregnant. It’s cheap and has good protein. It’s never really bothered me this one girl who often the cashier I’m going to guess for late shifts, always has this mean muggy attitude. I was so hungry I didn’t catch they didn’t add avocado even though I always order it when I come. When I told her about it next time I came which is today, she said unless I had proof, so it’s whatever and I got it this time and obviously got it. I at least could have gotten a little extra maybe? Which is fine I was nice about it no big deal because there’s some reason. Then we noticed this on my partners bowl but we just don’t bother because of her nonchalant attitude which looks miserable all the time. Hopefully cameras caught that it wasn’t my hair lol

You're prices are unbelievably high. I wish you hadn't chosen the route of all Eugene's other overrated restaurants.

The food is decent but the service from the two girls working there was so un- believably rude, I should have thrown my order on the ground, I would have been way more satisfied. Get a better attitude or leave, your messing with the owners reputation.

Came here for the vegan milkshakes, but it has been discontinued. Very unfortunate.

Disgusting and terrifying name for a restaurant that sells the rotting, seared flesh of factory farmed baby cows.Follow up (1/29/24): Reached out to the owner based on their response below. He has no idea where his meat is coming from and makes zero attempt to even try to get more "ethical" meat. He uses the same factory farmed cow flesh as all the other burger joints in town.

Food was fresh and excellent (burger) asked for fries well done and they came well done and HOT. Had the Cookies & Cream ice cream. It was so good. The spoon for eating ice cream was flimsy and not good for eating frozen ice cream though. Clean space. Service was good (set up to order and wait to pick up so no waitstaff)

Great burger and a really good price for the quality. Hooked up in the fries.
