The food had an splendid quality and very delicious. I ordered beef BBQ with steam rice and macaroni/mac salad. All three items were very delicious. The portions were large corresponding to the value of money. The staff were very nice and caring. Thank you guys!

Man with glasses working the till completely ignores DoorDash drivers until the he finishes the line of people making orders dispite the fact that the DoorDash orders that are being delivered were placed 10-15 mins before the drivers even arrive. DoorDash Orders are sitting there getting cold and should be considered first in line. It takes 5 seconds to pick them up off the counter and hand them to drivers.

Food was burnt and dry- The girl working the drive through rudely asked if we were going to tip her, after stating no because of her rudeness she rolled her eyes and shoved the food to us. Since when is tips expected for drive through food and rude service?

asking people directly for tips makes people uncomfortable, and it sucks that hawaiian time doesn’t pay their employees enough, so they literally have to ask you for it. if i want to leave a tip out of gratitude, i will, but i’m not going to tip you just because you turned around, picked up a bag of food to give to me, and did your job.
First question at the window…. “Would you like to leave a Tip?” 🤮🤬🤮 Sure, here is a Tip, get my freaking order right this time… I have been here a few times and each time my order is wrong. They charge you more for Super Hawaiian which is fine, if they do it. Last 3 times, not done. Tonight the Emmo at the window greats me by asking for a tip. Then she forgets the extra sauce and water. Looks like I should have waited to answer the tip question until I checked my order. I returned to the window and asked about my water and was greeted with an even worse attitude and remarks made under her breath… then given a 1/2 full water. I like the food, but it is not worth the hassle and BS I have endured the last few visits.
