Went last night. Got there at 8:40 pm. Ordered food asked if we wanted it to go I said to stay. When they handed us our food they said it was late and we had to leave. The poor kid was nervous to tell us to leave but he did say the guys in the back made him do it!

We eat at this Hawaiin Time maybe once every other month. This is the worst looking Chicken and Veggie I have EVER seen. I am extremely disappointed in my meal. My husband's Huli Huli looks great, so the whole $40 meal wasn't a bust, just mine unfortunately. That seems to be the way it works for me.

I came in and ordered a small plate if they ended up giving me a big plate which is not what I could afford and told me they can give me my refund on Monday give me an attitude the guy in there looked high and smelled like weed I do not recommend coming here?

Moved out to Eugene about 4 months ago and I've been here like 20 times already. I get the Mauna Loa chicken every time, never dry, never gotten fatty pieces, never gotten over cooked meat. I have never had to wait longer than maybe 5 minutes, and that was because the person in front of me was making a big deal out of nothing at the window. Just talked to management today and she was wonderful as well.

I've been coming here for a few years and the food is always good. I went there tonight for a late dinner and unfortunately a water pipe had burst and the employees were working very hard trying to get things cleaned. They had to shut down the kitchen but the manager (I'm assuming it's the manager, not 100% sure) decided that instead of wasting the food that was already cooked, they were going to give it away for free. I've worked in fast food and have dealt with situations like this before so I know how frustrating it can be. I think these guys deserve a raise. Thank you for the food!!!

So this particular restaurant closed due to a burst pipe tonight but the wonderful woman at the windows was literally handing out what had already been prepared to disappointed customers for free. She was so kind and asked that I pay it forward with a positive review. Thank u.
You either tell your drive-through employees to stop with the predatory tipping questions, or I stop going here. When I service the elders at work, I also get paid minimum wage, but I don’t get to ask for a tip. They have an easy job, they take orders at a window and pass them back out the same window, I’m not Capable of tipping but they make me feel guilty so therefore, I’ll just stop Going.

Ordered from drive thru for work lunch - got to the site, chicken was burned to a crisp, everything was thrown around in the box and they had ignored my mods. When I tried to reach out to remedy the issue, I got ignored for 2 days and when I finally got into a store to talk to a manager, I was made aware they never mess up orders at that location, and that I needed to take it up with corporate, which she refused to direct me to. I wouldn't recommend giving this restaurant more money until they can admit to their mistakes.

Food is decent but definitely got food poisoning from this location; ate it for dinner on 07/10/2024 and am now paying the price (it was the only thing I ate yesterday [other than fruit] so pretty sure it was their food)
