asking people directly for tips makes people uncomfortable, and it sucks that hawaiian time doesn’t pay their employees enough, so they literally have to ask you for it. if i want to leave a tip out of gratitude, i will, but i’m not going to tip you just because you turned around, picked up a bag of food to give to me, and did your job.

First question at the window…. “Would you like to leave a Tip?” 🤮🤬🤮 Sure, here is a Tip, get my freaking order right this time… I have been here a few times and each time my order is wrong. They charge you more for Super Hawaiian which is fine, if they do it. Last 3 times, not done. Tonight the Emmo at the window greats me by asking for a tip. Then she forgets the extra sauce and water. Looks like I should have waited to answer the tip question until I checked my order. I returned to the window and asked about my water and was greeted with an even worse attitude and remarks made under her breath… then given a 1/2 full water. I like the food, but it is not worth the hassle and BS I have endured the last few visits.

Food is decent the restaurant is nice in the inside but the employees and how slow it takes to get my food and when I do get it I usually get it tossed at me. The only employees there that have been nice to me so far is the girl in the long braied blonde hair and the girl with the red hair in a bun. I'll only be coming back to this place if customer service gets better

Went in and the restaurant was clean and open. The food was great and quick to come out. I'd recommend the Huli Huli chicken. The portion size is fair for the price.
Never answer the phone and constantly forgetting items. Not to mention extreme drive-through waiting times.

Delicious food but how are you going to be out of everything at 9:00 when you don't close until 9:30? This is the 3rd time in the last month they're out of food. The last two times they were out of steak which ok whatever I can deal with that,, but to pull up at couple minutes before 9 tell me their out of everything is ridiculous.
