I went to Hawaiian Time on Saturday the 16th of March and paid $25 for one meal and gave a $2 tip. I paid for three extra teriyaki cups and only got one but it felt as though a whole bottle was squirted in the bag. It leaked all over out of the bag and on my cloth seats in my car. When I asked for another bag to put it in or something to soak up the sauce the person at the window just closed it on me. I am extremely disappointed in the service and angry at the treatment and the mess

I have gone through the drive through many times and I order the same thing. I always order the large khalila pig with no rice under my meat, On the side of my meat. I do not want any rice at all. But I ask for 2 scoops of macaroni salad. Each time I am charged an extra dollar for the mac salad. Although I don't want any rice. I still get charged more for the mac salad. Today for the first time, the man at the window asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. I said no. Why would I leave you a tip throw a drive through And not to mention I pay a dollar more. But i'm saving you the cost of the rice. This young man with the curly hair had attitude. An attitude I did not appreciate. Needles to say, You just lost a frequent customer

Well got here at 8:55 (they close at 9:30). The open sign was on and I was then told that due to a staffing issue they were closing early. So that sucked I told them their sign was on and went to get Carl's jr instead. When I pulled out after getting my food the open sign was still on. So that's annoying.

I've given you a second chance. Every time the chicken gets dryer and dryer. What is the point of having nice people work for you if the food keeps getting worse. Be thankful i am not uploading pictures of the mens bathroom.

Clearly very poor management and I’m hoping someone higher than store level sees this review. Over the last year this place has really went downhill with their service.I rarely leave a bad review on businesses as I’m a business owner myself but after several bad experiences you deserve to be notified of your horrible management of this location.Several times I’ve been to this location and they are not taking debit cards no biggie as I usually have cash.Several times I have been here and they don’t even have the drive thru open?? Staffing issues?Also sometimes they aren’t even open when it’s clearly stated their days and hours of operation on the door and windows.I don’t get it?I don’t take staffing issues as a valid excuse because I personally don’t have that issue and have not ever had that issue in the 6 years I’ve ran it.

I usually like this place but the last time I was there the person who took my card added a tip for himself after I did not leave one for him! Only found out by checking my bank statement the next day. Make sure you always get a receipt! The manager ended up taking care of it, but still a VERY shady thing to do. I will not be back.

The huli huli chicken and Mac salad is very good and even better, their kid approved. They have generous portions. The inside was closed, but the drive-thru was open, which worked ok for us. The staff worker was nice and professional.

I love the Huli Huli Chicken Teriyaki with macaroni salad! The chicken is so moist and tasty with the teriyaki sauce all over it. I can get enough of it. Then it pairs wonderfully with their macaroni salad, my favorite! I definitely will be stopping back here to eat!
Have gone to this location 4 times in the last month. 3 of the times they were out of pork and the last time they were not even open. Their speaker does not work for drive through and weren't even able to hear them.

The food taste great but when I order a 15$ plate of food and don’t get more than 6 pieces of each kind of chicken imma be a bit upset when I get home. Your portions aren’t matching what they should be with your pricing. Otherwise you have a friendly service staff and good food. Very disappointed in your serving size especially when I get home and my order is wrong.

The place looked grungy and not kept up. It had a funny smell not related to food.Service was a bit slow even though the place was empty. The food smelled good, and the chicken was ok. The rice was outright nasty. It looked like mashed rice, not fluffy and tasty. It was a tasteless and horrible texture.The macaroni side, whatever that was, was a mush and did not look or taste appetizing.It was not cheap either. $35 for that was awful.Check out the bathroom picture attached. It's totally gross. Don't waste your $$ there. Skip it. Not worth the time and money.Kid-friendliness: Don't take your kids in the bathroom, liable to catch an infection.
