Wonderful customer service tonight. I am a regular customer of Hawaiian Time and have been for years. The food was good, as it always is. However, tonight I had exceptional service from the 2 young ladies at the front counter. It was New Year's day and very close to closing. I expected some urgency to get me on my way like I usually experience at most places that are about to close, understandably. However, that is the opposite of what I received. I was the only customer and all the chairs were up off the floor. The minute I walked in I was cheerfully greeted by both young girls. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and eager to help me. They didn't make me feel rushed in anyway. They both took their time and helped me pick out a Hawaiian drink, giving their personal preferences when asked. Their attitude never strayed away from being kind, helpful, and positive. They worked well with each other and made my experience better than it has been at any of the other locations to date. Unfortunately, it has become my experience, and one that I have come to expect, to receive less than average service when I go somewhere to pick up take out. Not from these two. It was well above average. It was perfect. These awesome young women provided the type of service that should be expected. Everytime. Because of them and the service they provided, I will go out of my way to return to this location for now on.

This company has really disappointed me lately. The food is okay, but the management is awful. When having trouble with my order, I politely asked for management, but they were incredibly rude and accused me of ordering something that I didn’t. I won’t be coming back.
