I ordered a pickup order of two items, a Huli Huli Chicken with no Mac and a Mauna Loa Chicken with no Mac. I was set to pick them up at 7:51. When I went to pick them up at 7:53, they stated they had no rice and I would have to wait 30 minutes. When I came back now an hour later to pick up my meal, they could not find my order. I then had to wait longer to get my order. I then asked for a bottle of sauce as compensation, and was charged $9 for it. I then went straight home, and opened my order to find both orders had Mac, my Huli Huli Chicken was room temperature, and the Mauna Loa was drowning in sauce. I was unfortunately very disappointed with a usually great place.

Food is usually good besides being highly priced… but my problem is WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A PHONE AND/OR A NUMBER LISTED IF NO ONE ANSWERS IT?! Been coming here for 10+ years and the last couple absolutely nobody ever answers the phone.

It's really good depending on which location you go to...the one on Coburg Rd is great the one on River Road sucks

The kid wanted to stop in on our way to portland. It was an hour and a half to closing and ordered a mixed plate of huli and mauna loa. Agree with everyone else that the portions are smaller then they use to be and the prices are higher then I remember which happens.

What I can't understand is how over cooked the huli huli was. The mauna loa was not over cooked and saucy. Rice and mac salad was as you would expect.

Also, yeah their phone is still broken. Didn't ask, didn't see a point for them to bring it up, but she definitely told me. Didn't really wanna stop talking the whole time but I guess some people are lonely.

Bummed but the kid is 14 and scarfed it down like he had the munchies so I guess it's good for something.

If you want dry, bland and slightly burnt chicken that's ready within 2 minutes of ordering this place may be for you.

We live 2 hours away. On the Oregon coast. If any of our family members are headed to the valley we all demand they bring it back to us to eat...

**Totally beyond our expectations! ?**

Our first time trying Hawaii food. The grilled chicken, pork, and vegetables here are absolutely amazing! The flavors are sweet and perfectly cooked. (I would say it’s quite similar as Chinese food).

The staff is also incredibly friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the peaceful, relaxing ambiance of the restaurant, especially during the beautiful sunset. This place exceeded all of our expectations (from Google reviews)

The food was great, but the bleach blonde girl with the double nose piercings working the counter, was so rude. She should know that her costumers are coming in for a hot meal , not to be served with attitude. MANAGER- please focus on costumer service in your employees
