This company has really disappointed me lately. The food is okay, but the management is awful. When having trouble with my order, I politely asked for management, but they were incredibly rude and accused me of ordering something that I didn’t. I won’t be coming back.

We recently tried to buy pulled pork at the location in Salem..twice, they were out of pork in a week. After contacting the area manager, Dave who is located in Eugene, to address this issue, Dave was very apologetic. He not only took care of our order, within 3 days he was at the location in Salem and met with us. He was courteous and professional. If all managers really cared about their customers experience... it would benefit any company beyond measure. Dave, you rock!

Both me and my sister ordered chicken in whatever fashion it was flavored. It was SO dry. This happened before but I regarded it as a one-off situation since they used to be so good! But, after this visit, I will not return.
My whole family lives this place, we live hours from the closest one and will stop in every time we are in the area
