Great fast Hawaiian lunch plates! Their Mac salad is more savory than others I’ve had which I really liked! Def stop by and give them a try if you’re in the area. Great break from the big chains nearby.
Wonderful customer service tonight. I am a regular customer of Hawaiian Time and have been for years. The food was good, as it always is. However, tonight I had exceptional service from the 2 young ladies at the front counter. It was New Year's day and very close to closing. I expected some urgency to get me on my way like I usually experience at most places that are about to close, understandably. However, that is the opposite of what I received. We recently tried to buy pulled pork at the location in Salem..twice, they were out of pork in a week. After contacting the area manager, Dave who is located in Eugene, to address this issue, Dave was very apologetic. He not only took care of our order, within 3 days he was at the location in Salem and met with us. He was courteous and professional. If all managers really cared about their customers experience... it would benefit any company beyond measure. Dave, you rock!
