We recently tried to buy pulled pork at the location in Salem..twice, they were out of pork in a week. After contacting the area manager, Dave who is located in Eugene, to address this issue, Dave was very apologetic. He not only took care of our order, within 3 days he was at the location in Salem and met with us. He was courteous and professional. If all managers really cared about their customers experience... it would benefit any company beyond measure. Dave, you rock!

Both me and my sister ordered chicken in whatever fashion it was flavored. It was SO dry. This happened before but I regarded it as a one-off situation since they used to be so good! But, after this visit, I will not return.

Me and a friend were super hungry during his visit and decided to check this place out. The service was very fast and the food was delicious! I very much enjoy the teriyaki chicken and the rice was very good as well. I had never had macaroni salad before, but that was super fantastic! I would 100% stop by there again! It was also on the cheaper side, just getting the small plate was very filling.
