customer service is normally good but there was a girl that was rude. i don’t like being greeted with “WHAT 👹 can i get started for you” and just treating us like we were dumb, and she didn’t even give us forks 🙄… the other employees are super nice but not this girl (broad, red hair, raspy voice)

Last time I went to this Hawaiian Time I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting on service (I was the only person in there). I could see the workers in the kitchen on their phones paying no attention. The last 3 times Ive been there around 4pm Ive been told they were out of pork but luckily they had some very dry overcooked chicken to serve me. I used to love Hawaiian time (especially the beef they discontinued) but now the staff is lazy, unattentive and unmotivated. At this point I just hope we can get something better in this location because Hawaiian time here and on River Rd. has gone downhill HARD.

Food is reliably good. The drive-thru moves along reliably. Probably a bit healthier than whatever else you were considering. Good value sharing the larger size. Occasionally closed when I would have thought it was open.

I was a bit disappointed here unfortunately. I ordered the chicken and it had good flavor with the sauce but the chicken was too dry. Not sure if it was just too late in the evening (7:30) or what. The mac salad had a great flavor, a bit heavy on black pepper but I feel that is common in Hawaiian mac salad. The person at the drive thru was very nice and polite so absolutely no faults with the service. Unfortunately the inside was closed due to lack of staff so drive thru only, which means I can only judge the atmosphere of the old parking lot which wasn't the greatest. It just feels like this place is struggling and the struggles are contributing to further issues. I hope they are able to turn it around!

Every time I go to this location, they're out of khalua pork. Not only that, my veggies to chicken portions weren't right. I usually get decent portion sized at other locations. With veggies and chicken being a cheaper option, I expect to have a decent plate. Other than that, service is good.

The manager here really pays attention to the quality of food and the service provided to customers! I was really impressed by his outreach to customers as I ate my meal! Traveling all over Oregon and Washington for work, I get to sample food all over, and this place rocks! My Huli Huli Chicken 🐔 was fabulous! I had two scoops of macaroni salad with teriyaki sauce all over everything, including the mac salad! Love the teriyaki sauce it really finishes it off nicely! I definitely recommend this location and will be back when I am passing thru town again!
