Always enjoyed the food here and service is fast with a drive through or dine in option. Inside is always clean and never crowded. ALOHA!

Do not go to this one! They take absolutely forever, terrible food portions and the meat is old and dry!!! The other location in Eugene gives twice the portion, always has super juicy meats and doesn't take 25 minutes to get a plate. 11th st location is absolutely trash now. Do not go

Man, I've been coming here for years and years. This has been one of my go-to spots for quick food whenever I have a friend visiting from out of town, and I eat here probably once a week. Obviously, I like the food. It's really good, and the price is high, but for what you get, I think it's usually worth it. My issue is that they just can not ever seem to get it together at the drive through. I've probably paid like $50 in teriyaki sauce upcharges that they just don't ever remember to put in the bag. This time, there was nobody else in the drive through but me. I ordered two meals, paid for two extra sauces, and tipped appropriately. Not only do we not get the extra sauces, our meals are sauceless as well. I hate that every time I want to come here I have to either go inside or risk getting ripped off on sauce. And I can't stop trying to order extra because the sauce is what makes the meal good and not dry in the first place. Forgetting the sauce was annoying when it was free, now that it costs money, forgetting it this consistently isn't acceptable. Like, objectively, if people are paying for something, they should be recieving that thing. My review is a reflection of my disappointment over what is now years of this, at a variety of locations, but mainly W11. At this point I have to believe it's a policy/procedure problem. I love this store, I just hope they can figure it out.

Spectacular service accidentally placed a order for hours away instead of ASAP and they fixed it in a very timely manner will definitely be coming back!!

I know Hawaiian time is normally staffed by younger kids.. I was a high schooler once & I know goofing off at work happens, but cmon man..

Sat in the drive thru for 3-4 minutes, saying “ hello..? “ about every 30 seconds.. No response. Finally parked and walked inside, and the entire staff was just standing in the kitchen laughing and yelling, talking about “ A.I. “ and “ Six Seven “ ..

I finally said “ HELLO “ quite loudly, and they all went completely silent. One of them slowly peeks around the corner and goes “ oh crap there’s people here “

Finally got my order, and the two Mauna Loa’s were unmarked ( one was extra spicy, one was mild ) , as well as the teriyaki sauces popped open inside the food containers, soaking all of the white rice. We don’t even use teriyaki with this dish, so that ruined the dish.

Food smelled good, non teriyaki soaked spots were yummy, but I will be going to like Kona Cafe or just making my own going forward

Waited 20 minutes for beef and rice. Dumped out my soda because it tasted weird and the bottom of the cup was covered in black specs.

Went in after a long day on Saturday, and heard all the employees in the back talking about their management. I heard them talk about all their coworkers getting fired… It’s unbecoming of a longtime Eugene business, I don’t think i can support Hawaiian Time anymore. Even worse they messed up my Huli Huli chicken order. I asked for their manager and this guy that I had never seen there before told me he couldn’t remake my plate. I miss the old management here!!!

Cashier could not for the life of her figure out how much change to give for 2 sauce cups she said 25 c each I said I'll take 2 and she needs a calculator to do grade school math the bag had no fork napkins chopsticks or anything just a box of food like they expected me to eat with my hands
At least this location didn't try and charge me for siracha packets like the one in Springfield
The cashier did go to the bar and grab me napkins and stuff but should have had to deal with it it felt like you have a bit of hovering highschool drama environment a staff that isn't properly trained or something get it together

Always great service, usually great food. This is by far my favorite plate lunch place. The sauce/seasoning is just darn good, and the prep is almost always spot on. Much like any casual dining place you'll occasionally get a meal that wasn't prepped to the standard you hope for, but that's life. The atmosphere is pretty cold, and not terribly cozy, but it works for a quick meal.

This crew at 4:00 was absolutely amazing; the food is on point and the service was awesome. Don't forget to tip; restaurant work isn't easy no matter where you are.

customer service is normally good but there was a girl that was rude. i don’t like being greeted with “WHAT 👹 can i get started for you” and just treating us like we were dumb, and she didn’t even give us forks 🙄… the other employees are super nice but not this girl

Last time I went to this Hawaiian Time I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting on service (I was the only person in there). I could see the workers in the kitchen on their phones paying no attention. The last 3 times Ive been there around 4pm Ive been told they were out of pork but luckily they had some very dry overcooked chicken to serve me. I used to love Hawaiian time (especially the beef they discontinued) but now the staff is lazy, unattentive and unmotivated. At this point I just hope we can get something better in this location because Hawaiian time here and on River Rd. has gone downhill HARD.
