The manager here really pays attention to the quality of food and the service provided to customers! I was really impressed by his outreach to customers as I ate my meal! Traveling all over Oregon and Washington for work, I get to sample food all over, and this place rocks! My Huli Huli Chicken 🐔 was fabulous! I had two scoops of macaroni salad with teriyaki sauce all over everything, including the mac salad! Love the teriyaki sauce it really finishes it off nicely! I definitely recommend this location and will be back when I am passing thru town again!

8/23/24 I paid almost 40 dollars in food from Hawaiian Time, got 3 # 1's chicken teriyaki, I finally got there got my food, just to be disappointed they messed up on my order, i called went all the way back down there. All together it was an 1hr of driving. To get back home took one bite went for a second one the light hit it at the right spot and there was hair in my chicken, I was so grossed out , I vomited ive been sick the whole weekend, I tried calling got no answer. I still have the food. Seriously they don't make them were a hair net

The cashier wasn’t happy I didn’t tip at the drive thru - Did not receive what I paid for/ordered . :( I asked for no rice extra of Mac instead . I paid for 2 extra sauces . ( so I should have gotten four ) only 2 arrived . When I call the store they wanted me to drive back . I’m home in south Eugene. Last thing I want to do is drive back to the HT SHOP .
Smelled like Urine. We used to love Hawaiian Time. However, when we went into this location it smelled like urine and the place looked so run down. It is clear that the owners do not care about getting the place back up to their previous standards before COVID. The urine smell is likely coming from the use of a cheap commercially made teriyaki sauce. We had the same problem at a previous kitchen I worked in when the owner decided to start using cheap low quality pre-made sauce. However, the credit card machine in the drive through was broken and has been for a while. Further, the sprinkler system is broken and spraying into all the walk ways. Then when you get inside you mind broken tables, and the place simply looks dingy. All of this combined with the smell of what can only be described as a bathroom in a public park that hasn't been cleaned in a week, it quickly becomes clear that the owners have decided that providing a quality experience is no longer their top priority. Hawaiian Food is delicious and smells wonderful. This location does a massive disservice to Hawaiian food culture and the owners need to give this location the funding and support it needs because as it currently exists, it is an atrocity. We came here to grab dinner. We left hungry and picked up something from the deli at Fred Meyer which was very far from what we wanted.

Food tastes good. There was a slight mixup on my order, but they were be kind and went above and beyond making it right. Look forward to my next visit!
We never go to this location but my husband came here today. He ordered 3 plates. His had hair in it. Disgusting. Then they replaced it. He ordered mine to go with all Mac no rice on 2 of the orders.. They once again didn't listen and ours had rice and hardly any mac which was not good and the chicken was dry. Definitely a far cry from the service and quality we are used to receiving from the one on coburg road. If your staff has long hair they need to wear a hairnet when working with food period.
