During the off-season, I’ve had a few instances where the opening hours didn’t quite match what was posted. I usually go to the tasting room on 5th Street, but this time I stopped by here after Sunday brunch. Having tried several of this brand’s spirits before, I tend to choose my drink based on the mood and time of day. This time, I went with the rye bourbon whiskey. The mahogany-style wooden furniture and decor give the place a classic vibe—it’s somewhere I find myself returning to. Definitely a spot I’d recommend.

Stopped by to get a grilled cheese from cheese Bliss and struck up a conversation with the waitress here who came out to offer me some water. I ended up ordering a whisky flight to go with my sandwich and was not disappointed! The orange whiskey was amazing. All of the different flavors were good, but that one was my favorite.

Great cocktails and atmosphere. Having only one bartender on a busy Saturday evening and forgetting to serve patrons was not great. Repeatedly ignored even after speaking with the staff who never came over to ask if we wanted more drinks or food. So I paid my tab and took my business elsewhere.
Bourbon flight was excellent. Took a couple bottles home. Great atmosphere and staff. Bar tender was helpful. Huge selection of spirits. Worthy of another visit for sure.

Our first time there and we all agreed: drinks were really good. So good that contemplating joining their club.
Only minor complaint: It was Saturday night so there were packed. Only took a minute to get a table but took a while to pay our tab cause there was a long line.
