Visited Sunday, July 6 at 3:00pm. I can confidently say that the customer service has dropped, the flight we received was more sugar than alcohol and it truly felt like the staff did not want us. We ended our visit shorter than anticipated.
Drinks and snacks were awesome!
This is a wonderful distillery. We are members and love the staff. The alcohol, particularly their mixed drinks, are optimal. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and their helpfulness.
Came here to try some new things. Interesting drink combinations, friendly staff, some things are overpriced but we enjoyed most of our drinks.
When I come to the 5th street market, I tend to sit here most of the time and try sample drinks or order drinks to enjoy the taste .
individual oak barrels of aged whiskey fill the walls looks nice , sample alcohol can be tasted by type, and you can drink one shot at a time or buy a bottle of whiskey. I’ve got three bottles of whiskies this time and enjoy it at home . If you can drink alcohol, recommend you to try it
I ventured into Heritage Distilling Company on a sunny Sunday afternoon, hoping to sample some local libations. Little did I know that the only thing I'd be sampling was a healthy dose of disrespect from the staff.
The employees seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than offering any form of customer service. When I finally managed to flag someone down, their response was curt and dismissive, as if I were interrupting their oh-so-important Sunday afternoon gossip session.
The tasting experience was equally lackluster. The pours were stingy, the descriptions were uninspired, and the overall vibe was about as welcoming as a tax audit. I felt like Oliver Twist begging for more gruel, except in this case the gruel was overpriced and served with a side of attitude.
If you're looking for a distillery experience that leaves a bad taste in your mouth, then Heritage Distilling Company might just be your jam. But if you prefer your spirits served with a smile and a dash of hospitality, I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere. Trust me, there are plenty of other places in town that would be happy to have you.
Wonderful concept. Would love to bring one to Texas.
The most delicious drinks with a cozy atmosphere! But it takes time to carefully craft your drinks, so don't expect an instant turnaround when they're busy.
Really liked this spot! They have so many drink options. I was here for the fifa watch party though and it took almost an hour to get my drink.
Friendly staff, and great drinks every time we've been in

The vodka has so much sugar in it! My GF and I went there to try a sample of the grapefruit vodka, it was sweet but we decided to stay for a drink. I ordered the 3 lemon drop sampler. I couldn't taste any alcohol, it was so sweet, all sugar. My GF ordered a cosmo minus the simple syrup. I thought for sure the sugar in the grapefruit vodka would be all you need. I dunno if they put in simple syrup anyways or what but it was so sweet, couldn’t taste any vodka in it at all, just sugar. Cosmos are supposed to be strong. If you enjoy gaining 2 pounds per drink, enjoy waking up with a hangover, go here. We couldn’t drink it, we paid for our drinks, and left. The guy who took our order at the front was very nice. But didn’t offer anything else or a discount.
Went for a pre-Mother’s Day drink on a Saturday. There was eight of us we had bloody Mary’s, old-fashioned, margarita’s fights, and shots. They were all great. Loved The sweet habanero vodka. The staff was great. Looking forward to going back ?
This review is trying to be helful in nature. We stopped in Saturday evening. There were 4 or 5 employees and 10 clients. While drinking I want to order an app. I asked for the menu and they got me one. I waited about 5 min for someone to come back and take the order, however, all the employees were hanging around at the bar chatting. I went up and put in a simple order for 2 sides of chips. They said OK. I went back to the table and proceeded to finish my drink. All of our drinks were now done. No chips arrived and they never asked if we wanted another drink. This was a missed opportunity. I would give 2 stars but I don't want to damage a local business.we wanted another drink.
Whiskey to die for, vodka that will make your knees melt, gin which Oscar Wilde would crawl out of the grave for.Amazing staff, great atmosphere.Mr. Bunbury would approve and understand completely why a social visit would be delayed.
