If you’re looking for authentic Chinese definitely go elsewhere. Staff/owner completely diminished how I felt about the situation. Denied that I requested any sort of hot sauce and didn’t care to resolve the situation (see receipt). Impolite and would never shop there again. Bland Chinese food, typical Eugene. The chicken and broccoli had a decent amount of meat but the pork + 3x shrimp and beef chow mein barely had any meat, so much so that my kids were fighting over it. On to the next Chinese restaurant….

I went here today on 8/23/2025 and I ordered the chicken fried rice. When I received the order, it was very plentiful and the rice had a really good flavor. However, the chicken was like chewing on a piece rubber and didn't even taste like chicken. Not sure if they cooked it on too high of a heat, or it just wasn't chicken. 🤔🤔🤔

I did the to go option. My food was ready when they said it would be. The price was what the on-line calculator said it would be. When I got home the food was plentiful & plenty warm enough, I was happy. Ier liked my dish of, Spicy Green Beans the most. I modified the dish with shrimp, they were cooked quite nicely. I don't know, I guess I am being a snob, thinking the red paint smattered over the curb, sidewalk, and picnic benches . I think the food is way better than the restaurant looks. Yeah, go, enjoy the food.

My wife and I discovered this fantastic place a few years ago and it’s our “Go to” place for takeout. We have always been greeted with a smile and a welcome and left with generous portions of great food. Highly recommend

My favorite Chinese place in Eugene! Love both the authentic and Americanized dishes. It’s part of our regular rotation, and the woman behind the counter Is so sweet every time. We only order for pickup, it’s ready promptly when we get there. Can’t recommend it enough!

The most terrible ordering experience I have ever had. Do NOT use their online delivery order option or you run the risk of being ripped off. I placed an $80 order only to have my delivery service driver call me and tell me that the restaurant was refusing to give them my order. The restaurant claimed to never have received my order. Despite us showing her proof of our completed order with order number. Zero compassion or desire to make this extremely inconvenient situation better. They suggested I just place ANOTHER order and come and pick it up myself. I cannot believe this lack of customer service. 0/10 for Hong Kong and 0/10 for Qmenu the delivery service.
UPDATE: I was contacted by an Uber Eats driver the night of this incident attempting to pick up my order and the restaurant would not allow him to pick it up and bring my food. I waited HOURS and ended up having to pay $80 to get there and back ordering a LYFT. I haven’t heard a word back from ANYONE until whatever corporate bot who replied below contacted me recently apologizing only to turn around and ask me to remove my review. Why should I?! How tacky! Boooooo!

This restaurant is one of the best in Eugene and very underrated. I go here consistently and the food is amazing every time. I would especially recommend the Pork with Bamboo Shoots.

The food is good, but never ever trust the time they say it will be ready. It will only be ready 15 mins after they tell you. And I've tested that it's really only 15 mins more after you check in, so add 30 mins to whenever they say it'll be ready but that 2nd 15 mi clock doesn't start until you arrive.
