does your host know they can do more than just sit there and wait for people to walk up? I only wish I had that kind of money to waste on labor.

Hop Valley use to be our favorite restaurant. But things have gone downhill. For awhile now. And today’s experience, of been forgotten numerous times. Including the table next to us, who were also forgotten. Service just isn’t what it use to be. There’s no pride in their work. I know the service industry is rough, but if you bring the right attitude and service, it can be great. I hope Hop Valley gets back to what it used to be.

Chicken strips are just ground up meat by-product. They are not a real chicken breast. They are little more than McD’s chicken nuggets but a different shape. Should have at least given more than the small handful of fries to be even close to make up for the price. All the food taste like Sysco packaged food.

My experience and the service I was provided was superb. Thank you for being so helpful and personable. I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family.

Julie was my server and she was so incredibly helpful! She asked questions to find out what I wanted and what I didn't even know I needed. The drink and food recommendations were so good that I'm rethinking my entire life. I feel like she knew me better than I know I myself. Do I even know what I want? Do I know what I like? I don't think so. But I know that Julie knows what I want and need. I will be asking her input on my child's name and the writing of my will. She was so spot on with what I would like that I'm convinced she could intuit my needs before I even knew I had a need. I think I need to better myself because of how incredible the Hop Valley staff is. If I had the option I would personally pay her $40 an hour because it's cheaper than therapy and I get better service.

Love this brewery, but the service at this location was extremely poor. It wasn’t busy and My food took over 20 min and once it arrived it was not correct. when I told them about it, they didn’t even apologize just asked if I still wanted them to replace it. Absolutely ridiculous!

Better than expected. Food was very good, decent prices, with a fun atmosphere. Would recommend.

Enjoyed a pint of a tasty amber that reminded me of my past life in Texas enjoying Shiner Bock. Malty, smooth and smokey at just the right chill factor! Hop Valley offers a large selection of your typical pub sandwiches sided with a wide choice of sides, loved the generous portion of juicy fried chickenburger and tots for a change! So moist and flavorful. Spacious yet cozy and conveniently located across the street from my hotel so we were able to enjoy the friendly food and beverage service and walk back to our rooms.

This was our favorite brewery of our entire OR trip! The Grape Escape Ale was amazing. So smooth and delicious. They let you play games in the main tasting room and we all know we don't travel without our SkipBo. Service was excellent and my daughter enjoyed the heck out of those wings. They smelled amazing!

Came here twice over the course of the week. My second experience was great. Let me tell you Hop Valley's happy hour is amazing! A smash burger and a beer for $15 bucks. It was a juicy burger with the option of fries or tater tots. Also ordered the nachos too. Only reason why I am dropping one star was for my previous visit in which the pretzel with beer cheese was very sad and the chicken taco was also disappointing. The beers are great and refreshing

At Hop Valley Brewery in Eugene, Oregon, the vibrant atmosphere perfectly complements the enthusiasm of Duck fans. My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed with their delectable burgers; each bite was a savory delight. The tater tots, a must-have side, added an extra crunch to the culinary experience.Beyond the delightful food, the establishment boasts a clean and welcoming environment. The friendly staff made the visit even more enjoyable, providing excellent service throughout. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Hop Valley Brewery offers a memorable dining experience with a touch of Duck spirit. Go Ducks!

Depends when you go! Sometimes it can be a fine experience, other times the servers can be clueless or arrogant depending on their mood. Tried to order a bite when she delivered our beers, she said "I'll come back" and we didn't see her for 20 minutes and she asks "how are we doing?" Sorry; if you don't remember our request to order, we don't need to give more business to your kitchen. Too bad,This place can be fun, but it's a gamble.

This is a solid place. I had mushroom stroganoff and it was very good. My wife had strawberries and spinach salad that was ok. Nice beer selection. I had a grape beer that was pretty good and unusual

Great service and beer choices. Food was a step up from typical brewery food, with good vegetarian options.
