I've worked food service before and have seen some ish, but this place really takes the cake in terms of utter disregard for food safety, cleanliness and abuse of employees. they use as little soap/bleach as possible to save money, neglect to store anything properly, then overprice their fast food grade food all while the owner berates the employees to the point of tears. I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. 10/10 I do NOT recommend.

Do not use this food truck for your event. They will not return your deposit. They are crooks! They kept telling me the check was in the mail. Nothing arrived. They don’t return emails or phone calls. Food tastes fine, but stealing money is no good!

The chicken sandwich was GREAT. The chicken was moist and crispy. Sadly it fell apart very easily and made quite the mess. Worth it tho! ?

First, I haven't tried the waffles! I want this known because it is their main food item and they might be amazing. The service is slow and unfriendly, they set up no outdoor seating and didn't even park in the shade, leaving their customers to stand in a hot parking lot for their food. I made the mistake of ordering the half chicken strip basket and fries. These, have the quality level of McDonald's but you get charged almost $12 and aren't given a selection of sauces, just spicy or non-spicy. They seem to throw lemon and season-all on their fries, which I don't care for, and the non-spicy sauce is a tarter they left the relish out of. It went in the trash. My son got the waffle breakfast burrito which he described as "eh". The magic of food trucks is supposed to be top quality foods at street prices, this lady has it all backwards.

Went to an event in Springfield on September 24th and have a disabled parking permit. This food truck was parked in the front in a handicapped parking spot! I use a walker and wasn't able to bring it. We had to park all the way around the side of the building.

SO delicious. They have an amazing pretzel grilled cheese that the press in the waffle maker, and they have a balsamic caramel sauce that is to die for. Absolutely eat here!!!

On 6-9-22 I got a waffle from the truck as it was parked outside the Tennyson. After I start eating it I realized it was burned and I went back to get a better waffle. I was shocked when the man working the truck told me it was just sugar, no it was burned I thought it was a chocolate waffle at first it was so burned. After telling him I knew what a liege waffle was he said he would remake it sadly it still was not that good. Worst of all I took family there after lunch for a treat telling them how good the waffles are I was so embarrassed. I don't know if the truck is under new ownership or something but the quality is not as consistent as it was before.

I ran into this food truck on a random day in the Grocery outlet parking in Veneta. I had no idea they would serve one of the best tacos i have ever had. Wow. Very inventive, handmade tortillas on a soft taco with melted cheese in between two layers of soft taco. Shrimp and a mix of really interesting veggies and fruits. Totally awesome taste treat! And i lived in LA for 15 years and am a taco/burrito connoisseur. If you can find 'em don't hesitate.
