I’ve been to a lot of iHops over the years. This one is first rate. Clean: nothing is sticky (as can often be the case in pancake houses), clean tables, clean menus, sparkling syrup bottles, clean floor. Service: Staff is friendly and professional. Atmosphere: well maintained interior –looks newly renovated! Food: hot & well plated and what you’d want and expect from an iHop. Love Eugene!

This place has been pretty consistently good the past few times ive come here. Waitresses are always nice and kind despite being an hour before close, they always get the food just the way I request it, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxing. Only tidbit I could recommend is maybe changing out the music, but otherwise, id recommend it here. Deserves a bit more than a 3.5

Well, unfortunately with this place I had such high hopes because the atmosphere was lovely, it was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly, but OMG when my boyfriend and I got our food it was ICE COLD! And it was fairly early in the morning so it wasn't even busy so there was no excuse.. I asked them to just heat it up in the microwave because I didn't want to wait another 10 minutes to have it all remade, but then that completely cooked my over medium eggs.. Yuck.. What a let down.. Then after that they didn't even offer to knock the coffee off the bill or anything.. Spent almost $45 on a cold breakfast.. Never again 👎

I didn't think I'd be giving a 5 star review for IHOP but here I am. Not once but twice I've been there and gotten the steak bits with mashed potatoes and they gave been delish! It's been slow when we go (off hours) and service was super fast with great repore with the staff.

Cooperate greed really has turned the food into what you'd expect when you pay for a hotel and get it contental catering style. Eggs where uneven in cold/heat sausages cold, hot ham, weird texture on a brick of hash browns. Made me miss Buddy's diner this morning. Saving grace is what Ihop is known for: pancakes. It's food and a step up from fast food. Barely.

I was at IHOP on West 11th in Eugene, Oregon and ordered the salmon dinner which was $20. I took one bite threw up. The rest of my napkin couldn’t swallow it. The smell of it was so bad that I even had that taste in my mouth overnight, I told the waitress about it. She offered a different meal, but wouldn’t let me have any money back. She said she thought it smelled fine then it took another 20 to 30 minutes to get the tri-tips which were tough couldn’t eat those hardly it’s disheartening to know that other customers are going to have to experience This rotten salmon. The waitress said she wasn’t gonna take it off the menu that worries me for other people they were not accommodating the customer that’s for sure !don’t eat there.
You would think that a manager would comp something after you took a bite of rotten salmon. I’m not sure if the waitresses are taught to tell, but this is a good way for this company to go under by getting sued for poisoning people when a customer tells you something is rotten. You should probably look into it Instead of disagreeing with the customer and telling the customer that she thought it smelled fine, you would think that somebody would at least look into the details. Go back into the freezer and check things out before you tell the customer they’re wrong.. And then charge them for it and give them tough tips. That’s not a way to make tips either.! I won’t be going back there ever!
Good food at a good price staff was very nice
