I ordered cookies for delivery. They delivered them to the wrong address. When I called them they said they can either refund it or redeliver it. I asked them to redeliver it and then they told I’d see my refund in a few days i tried to stop them and tell them I wanted it redelivered and they said have a nice night and hung up.

Went here around 10pm on Memorial Day and got some cookies and a brownie. Everything was fresh and delicious and the staff were kind and helpful. I also have some allergies so was pleasantly surprised to be able to get such delicious and fresh cookies! Will definitely come again!

I was served by a team member who was tall with a beard and septum piercing. I have never met someone so aloof and unwilling to help me make my cookie selection. He was clearly under some type of influence. And upon my return to this establishment I saw him smoking something. Overall I feel that this individual does not represent the company and their values. If you are greeted by them, I hope you’re service encounter is much better then what I received.

When you advertise being open late, and have your online hours showing open, we expect you to be open when we make the 2.5 hour drive for the experience, instead just disappointment, fat shack next door for the win
