We got a loaded brownie and for one it didn't even have everything it was supposed to have on it i asked for cream cheese frosting and got butter cream like the girl taking our order didnt care and the brownie itself was hard as a rock like it been sitting there all day place is really gross wouldn't suggest

Very overpriced cookies. They are smaller than costco chocolate chip sized. 6 cookies for 16$ and even store bought dough is better. Just go to costco. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY.

Definitely addicted to these stupidly delicious cookies. Why do they have to cost so much though?! Their vegan options are also amazing.If it wasn't for the email newsletter which often has deals we wouldn't order from here. I also love that they have occasional free cookies for certain staff members (like first responders, teachers, firefighters, etc) and I always make sure to come during my birthday.Dietary restrictions: They have an entire vegan selection

I ordered a box of 6 cookies to send to my boyfriend on his birthday, the cookies themselves were good and what I ordered but I was not happy with the ordering process. I wanted the delivery to be a surprise, so I checked the box to tell them not to contact the recipient, and they immediately sent him a text message, ruining the surprise. Additionally, I paid extra for a box saying “happy birthday”, and the cookies arrived in a regular box. They were also delivered 40 minutes before I scheduled it, so overall I would not recommend sending these as a surprise delivery gift!

Ordered a batch of cookies tonight for a work party tomorrow... what I just opened was the proverbial "middle finger" in a box. I don't want to serve these to my co-workers. My money would have been much better spent on anything else. Never again.

First-time customer and very happy with how Insomnia Cookies enabled me to surprise my son at college with warm cookies. The special anniversary offer of 20 for $20 plus free delivery was irresistible. The ordering is easy to navigate and they text your recipient to ensure a smooth drop off. I could also track the delivery status on my end. There was a broad variety to choose from, including vegan and gluten-free. You can pay extra to have the cookies individually packed in their own little bag, which I opted to do to make it easier to share. I’m told the cookies were delicious and “super thoughtful”. The cookies showed up about 15 minutes later than they said they would, no big deal.

I ordered the 20 for $20 special with free delivery. They arrived quickly and were warm. I'll order again! It's a great 2 AM treat! All the flavors I tried so far have been delicious. My favorite is the double chocolate chunk, ooey and gooey!

Don't be tempted, especially through DoorDash. They conduct their own deliveries now. DoorDash doesn't track or handle them. DoorDash will tell you to call the store directly. However, there's no way to get through to the store even with a local number. Just don't do it, especially for a special occasion. Don't.
It's always a pleasure to crave something then get it exactly what you want. That's what happens within insomnia cookies. I promise you will regret your decision, but love every minute of it. So thankful that Eugene finally has something like this.
