Jack in the box is just Jacks. The food (tacos) are still greasy and sooo good we can't get enough. We don't have a jacks where we live so we make it a point to go there every chance we get. Come on you gotta be a little human and splurge for time to time.

took forever to get my food at lunch time I only get 30 minutes for lunch I waited 17 minutes to get my food soda machine was out of Dr pepper restroom was disgusting & they had to push a button just let me wash my hands in a dirty sink plus there were only two people in the lobby they were together they were not busy 4 cars in the drive thru & 4 people total in the lobby..

This place is always dirty, shoes stuck to the ground and not a single table was clean last time my husband and I went in; and the staff doesn't look like they care. I waited over 30 mins for two sandwiches, fries, and a breakfast burrito for an order that I placed online this time.

When I arrived there was a girl standing at the register staring at her phone, continued to do so for a minute, then just walked away. The girl working drive thru finally came and took my simple order and screwed it up.

Just paid nearly 16$ for 2 sour dough jacks. Which is fine except i expect you to PUT A PATTY IN THE SANDWICH???? LIKE HOW DO YOU FORGET TO PUT THE BURGER PATTY ON THE BURGER? And on the other one had something hard that I bit into which freaked me out after seeing how careless they were with the first sandwich. I might as well have taken that 16$ and burned it.
