They always mess up your order , they don't pay attention, Hispanic lady is not professional makes your food wrong then yells at you and treats you like crap when you politely ask her to make it right, she put a trash can in my face yelled at me to throw it away, I only went in because my child absolutely hates pickles. And when I got my son's order corrected she had to walk up to my car window, and glare at my son, so out of her way to be rude, I don't understand. She was so disrespectful. That happened on Thursday dec. 18th around the hours 11:00am to 12:00 I highly recommend viewing the cameras.
Also asked for curly fries and I got a mix of regular fries and curly fries for my son, we don't eat out all the time but when we do I don't like to feel like I wasted money on garbage and to just take what they choose to give me.

The grande sausage breakfast burrito is quick and cheap coming in at 6 dollars and some change. Hell, some local taquieras will charge you 8-10 dollars for the same amount of burrito

Yikes. Ordered the gremlin munchie meal and the tacos didn't have cheese, no sauce, no air freshener. Gross iced tea. And it took a long time. Wouldn't recommend this location

Over the past couple weeks I have had the worst service with their daytime crew and they decided they wanted to fight with me instead of replace the sandwich that they night crew messed up the night before when no one was answering the phone and they didn't give a receipt. so they refused to replace my food and decided to fight with me so I had to get a manager from another store on the phone and then they employee refused to talk to that manager. So hopefully they get fired. I'm tired of dealing with incompetence every time I try to eat food. I'm allergic to mayonnaise it was told to them that I have a food allergy they confirmed that at the window that it had no mayonnaise. I get home with my food and it has mayonnaise, I can't eat my food.. it's very late, they aren't answering the phone what's a person supposed to do? I went back to the store to tell them about it and told them that I wasn't able to eat my meal as french fries aren't dinner so I would like my whole meal replaced and they refused, and fought with me. I got the other manager on the phone and the employee refused to talk to that manager... so again I hope they get fired. that's not how you treat people that are just trying to eat safely. you're a service provider. if you don't provide your service you fail, and this store has failed multiple times. It needs to be revamped you need a new manager or you need your manager to be present since you guys keep screwing up and your employees feel entitled to argue with the customer who I don't know I grew up with a customer always being right but that's not the days we live in now. I seriously will not be returning to a Jack In The Box ever again because of the way I was treated today and the past couple visits. I've worked fast food, your manager should not have to smooth out every time a person shows up to your store with a reasonable complaint... if that's the case you're the problem and need to be removed... Ma'am!! SMH

It’s one of the busiest holidays and the staff is really fun together to fulfill customer needs.
Even with rude door, Dashers and customers she was able to keep a smile, professionalism, and overall work ethic!
It’s very hard to find people that take pride in their work and can still smile in the face of people being ugly to them and I wanted to say a special thank you to her and being here and this company for keeping her employed, she needs a raise or some time off, whichever doesn’t take away from the value that she adds to This Jack-in-the-Box location :)

This one has two young men working that act like they're in the cartel. They made mistake after mistake on my order and Corporate was gracious enough to send me some certificates. After I used them at this Jack in the Box I became extremely sick in 3 hrs. I went to a different place for my other certificate ordered the same meal and was not sick. They did something to my food but I can't prove it.
