Itâs one of the busiest holidays and the staff is really fun together to fulfill customer needs.
Even with rude door, Dashers and customers she was able to keep a smile, professionalism, and overall work ethic!
Itâs very hard to find people that take pride in their work and can still smile in the face of people being ugly to them and I wanted to say a special thank you to her and being here and this company for keeping her employed, she needs a raise or some time off, whichever doesnât take away from the value that she adds to This Jack-in-the-Box location :)

This one has two young men working that act like they're in the cartel. They made mistake after mistake on my order and Corporate was gracious enough to send me some certificates. After I used them at this Jack in the Box I became extremely sick in 3 hrs. I went to a different place for my other certificate ordered the same meal and was not sick. They did something to my food but I can't prove it.

Went in 05/24 at 2:16 and weâre closed when itâs supposed to be open until 2:30. Went through the drive thru and he said weâre closed we said itâs supposed to be open until 2:30 and all he said was âyeaâ. Came all the way from coos bay. Managers really need to check cameras and consider real night management
They donât answer the phone at all garbage service

I waited 30 minutes, and they forgot I was there and served 4 other people that came in after me. I had to go up to the counter to get my food, and my chicken was almost floating in grease.

I ordered a sourdough chicken sandwich and the bread was molded! Big huge green spot on a entire side of the bread. I took back and they were more then willing to refund or let me order something else, which was nice but honestly I now have a fear that the food I'm being served is not safe. Only 2 employees on shift on a Monday b4 noon which I could tell was hell for the employees cause customer wise they needed more ppl on staff. I'm afraid to eat there.

Got a grilled cheese sandwithat was not grilled in fact when we went back in they told us that they throw them in the microwave and that's your grilled cheese sandwich if you don't like it too bad, I could not believe they throw a grilled cheese sandwich in the microwave and tell you it's a grilled cheese sandwich. Other customers were astonished as much as we were we'll never buy another grilled cheese sandwich from Jack in the box
