Recently ordered 2 smoothies and left. Both smoothies were full of huge chunks. Like a Boba straw would have been more effective to drink them, and even then still would have been clogged. They were undrinkable. I contacted the store the next day about it, they apologized and offered to replace them via gift cards in the mail. It has been weeks and they never arrived. Would have been nice to not pay $14 for undrinkable smoothies.

The matcha is by far the worst i’ve had. poor quality and extremely bitter. there was no sweetener as stated in description. and 80% of the drink was ice so it was swallowing chunks of ice and couldn’t mix the “sweet” foam in. the drink was dark green. super disappointed and a waste of $6

The matcha is by far the worst i’ve had. poor quality and extremely bitter. there was no sweetener as stated in description. and 80% of the drink was ice so it was swallowing chunks of ice and couldn’t mix the “sweet” foam in. the drink was dark green. super disappointed and a waste of $6
I just used google to find out that Jamba is claiming their Medium size smoothie to be 22oz. You do the math.
