The service was terrible (Green Acres location) after I was doubled charged on my account. The GM was unwilling to accept responsibility nor help. I will report this as fraudulent but really poor service here.The DM has made this right and credited me for the double-charge. I appreciate both his professionalism and turning this experience around for me.

They need to change there store hours, I drove all the way here to pick up a smoothie for my girlfriend after work because they claim to be open till 8 but they actually close their doors at 7pm, they just have a sign on the door, y’all need to do better

I love jamba juice... especially there not so secret gummi bear flavors.... red or white is definitely the best. And their metal cups keep frozen longer.

I rated this location a 3 because majority of the time I come, they have excellent customer service. The workers are usually nice & they are fast with my drinks. However, the last two times I have gone, the workers were rude. One of those times, she wouldn't let me use my rewards just because she already typed in whatever she typed in & didn't want to go back.
