I'm curious why my B.F walked in for a hot dog and got carded, didnt have his ID because it was a hot dog. So I told him I would go in because he was understandably upset. I walked in ordered it and was not carded. So now we pick and choose who gets carded. In my line of work everyone gets carded even for the non alcoholic stuff. Way to set an example Jaspers!

If I could post zero stars, I definitely would. Let me tell you why. I walked in the door and asked the man behind the counter for a glass of water. (I had just left the home of my last client of the day and wanted to cool off from the 90° heat I had been working in all day) and wanted to sit down and play a little video poker. I again asked him if i could get some water and was asked if I was going to be playing. I assured him that I was and asked him for some water a third time as I was looking for the ATM, at which time I was told I would not be receiving any water until I was sitting at a machine actively playing. I asked him if he was serious and he most assuredly said he was. I then attempted to make my way closer to the ATM, only to have him stand in front of it blocking me from using it. I was then told I would no longer be allowed to return and that I had to leave the establishment immediately, effectively being 86'ed for asking for a glass of water. To the owner of this establishment, i implore you to review the security footage from aprox. 5:20pm on Friday the 20th of june and see how I was treated and interacted with by this stellar employee. As a business owner myself, I can say that I would never allow this kind of interaction with ANYONE, especially not a paying customer. Very disappointed in Jaspers Deli.

Omg I was picking up a pizza at papa Murphys and it wasn't ready so I thought I would pop over and play a little bit apparently the man thought I was drunk because I joked with him how my ID wasn't going to get any money out of the atm! Oh well waste my money somewhere else ? I bet he doesn't get many tips with an attitude like that!

Complimentary soda is offered and a select few beers and wines are available for purchase. 6 poker machines to play on, if they are full staff will put you on a list. Best cigarette price I have personally seen in this area too!!

I'm unsure of the very friendly gentleman's name who works here (tats, earrings both ears, slim, red hair...I over heard him converse that he used to work at the one near Seneca??) but he made the environment welcoming and friendly. I work customer service many years and I aspire to be that friendly. He was very attentive making sure everybody was taken care of and made sure each machine was clean between each guest. Even when all the machines were taken, he told people coming in that they were full, but with a very pleasant and friendly tone. The people seemed to be regulars and he knew who they were. This guy will def make me want to come back whenever I'm in town. He's an asset!

Horrible service' went in to buy smokes and the cashier (Jessie) instantly turned rude and refused to sell to me saying that I am not allowed in there for having a small knife on my hip.I asked him if there were any rules posted about that and offered to remove it and come back. He said there were no posted rules about it and simply refused service.Absolutely horrible' always used to buy from you guys' but now id rather take a buck more in price and not go there again.
