Very nice cafe with great atmosphere and a decent amount of vegan options available on their brunch menu. The veggie hash was pretty good, but nothing too spectacular. Great service as well. Updated from previous review on 2025-02-23

We love their all gluten-free menu! It makes dining there so nice for people who have a food allergy. Their portion sizes are great. Their menu is diverse and the food is delicious. The service is always top-notch.

When they're busy, it's a bit loud. However, that doesn't detract from the fun and fabulous food. We were there for breakfast and the creative salads with poached eggs was fresh and healthy and super yummy. Corn beef hash was spectacular, with thick chunks of meat, plenty of potatoes, and lots of veggies. Their bread is really good and next time I need to find out who makes, cuz me wants some at home! Go, enjoy! You won't regret it! The coffee is good too

Parking: Plenty of parking at 5th Street Market, but you do have to walk a block. Also, there is paid street parking.

I love the atmosphere and the new location is much bigger. The food looked colorful and was very delicious. I was served the wrong coffee but the server quickly replaced it. My only complaint was that the prices were too high. And that's why I give them 4 stars. The coffee of the month was Raspberry Mocha, which was 5.50 plus $1 for raspberry and $1 some other add on. $5 for a scone, ok. But the "special" banana bread was $8. It was heavy and as dense as a whole loaf. I might return to try a waffle, but not until payday.

Always an hour or more wait, Gordon Tavern across the street usually has no wait, better food, for cheaper prices. Ohh and the food sucks. I regularly have to come here as a friend of mine has celiacs, I eat before I go because I know it is going to suck. Last time I finished my entire meal before they checked on us to see if we wanted more than one drink. Just left to drink somewhere they would actually check on us. I go out of my way to tell people to never eat here.

Dietary restrictions: Fully gluten free menu

Parking: Free parking lot but tends to be full

I’ve never felt compelled to post a review before, especially a bad one but this place was sorely disappointing. The service was ok at best but what really took away from the experience was the hour wait for food, exceptionally long wait just to get a coffee, and the fact that our food came out cold. I would say that this place is overpriced for what it is and would be worth it if they took maybe $10 off the cost of each thing on the menu. Unfortunately I would recommend to stay away.

I wish I could write a review about the food, but it never came. We were seated at 9:39am and left at 11:07am having only been served a cup of coffee and a kids waffle (after asking if they could prioritize as the kids were going stir crazy). Not sure if they were hand picking the berries or waiting for the chickens to lay fresh eggs, but seems like they need to add a cook (or 4) to the back! Do not recommend.

Loved the option to use vegan cheese, like for their pesto flatbread with sundried tomatoes and arugula (great flavor but bread had an odd texture, maybe undercooked?) and eggplant parmeson. French fries were amazing. My omni partner said the fish n chips was super fresh and cole slaw was simple but had a quality, healthy taste. Jazz ambiance and local artist paintings were lovely. Cocktails looked yummy, but we didn't get any.

Always looking for a decent place to have brunch in Eugene (we’ve lost a few nice places). Went to the market fair and ended up at Jazzy Ladies to eat, it was wonderful. Great service, great food. Three generations to serve (one very fussy ) and we all enjoyed our food. Nana was so pleased with her Irish Hash, “ Different! But not weird- really tasty”. Crispy Brussels sprouts without being burned. Lovely cappuccino. My son devoured all his Benedict- which is very unusual. And my daughter said it was the best waffle she’s had in town (and we’ve tried a lot of waffles).
Definitely be back to try more items! Great serving staff too☺️

I had some amazing food here, despite other’s experiences. As someone who has waffles all over the world - I really love waffles - this is one of the best if not best waffles I’ve ever had. The dough of the waffle itself is delicately sweet, so unlike other waffles I’ve had that claim maple syrup isn’t necessary when it would taste like burnt bread without it, for the Jazzy Ladies waffle truly very little maple syrup is needed and its a crispy and melt in your mouth experience! The strawberries and whip cream were just the cherry on top. The service was very nice and amicable and the atmosphere of the inside especially has a jazzy and lovely old fashioned feel with pretty chandeliers and chairs and glasses. Who I was with enjoyed their Irish hash and Benedict as well.
My first time there and I plan to come again!

Like others have mentioned - nice atmosphere, good service, but the food is not worth the price. Very bland all around and honestly disappointing. I will say the employees are very friendly and attentive however. Good coffee, good tea. Nice spot for a quick stop to sip and chat but I would avoid the food.
