It’s disappointing to see Jazzy Sammies still listed as “open” when, in reality, the doors have been shut for more than half a year. For any business, clarity with customers is a baseline expectation — not an option. Presenting as operational while remaining closed is not only misleading, it undermines trust and goodwill. If the restaurant has closed, acknowledge it. If there are plans to return, communicate them honestly. But continuing this charade only leaves a bitter aftertaste.

This business is located in the historic Tiffany Building and was originally named The McMorran and Washburne Department Store Building. It was built in 1902 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989. This is a beautiful historic building and a must see. Check out this business too.

We love that it's all gluten free. It's a must stop any time we're in the area.
The selection wasn't as great this time as in the past.

$60 down the drain! Had to throw away the fries. They were cold, hard inedible. Chicken chipotle ranch came with no sauce on it. So dry! Same as the inside out cheese sandwich…very little cheese, COLD, had to wash it down with a drink. Only managed 1/2…wasn’t worth bothering with the rest. The Monte Cristo was good…basically, that was the only edible item.
Really disappointing. No one on staff to take your order so what is the need to tip? I ordered a garlic chicken sandwich and it came with a 1/2” wide chicken breast and microwave bacon, fell right out of the sandwich. My friend ordered the monte cristo, not only was it soggy from the frying process but it was basically just cheese, completely lacking on the amount of meat on the sandwich. All in all for $35, I will not be returning. Edit: After realizing I received the wrong cheese I asked to have my sandwich remade. When I received my new plate it was missing chips and the sandwich was without bacon. I did receive a refund so I will edit my review to 2 stars.

I had the Monte Cristo sandwich and it was to die for! The breading was crisp and the inside loaded with melty cheese and turkey. The house made chips on the side were also really great too.
