Fantastic! I'm gluten intolerant and every time I order a gluten free sub, the employees are vigilant about changing their gloves, using clean knives, and wiping down the counter before even pulling out the bread. They even used mayo from the back that hadn't been used on regular sandwiches to avoid cross contamination. Exceptional service!

Jersey Mike's is always a great spot when I'm craving a sub. The bread is fresh, the meat and cheese are sliced right in front of you, and everything just tastes really good. The staff is friendly and quick, even when the line gets long, and the prices are pretty fair for how big the sandwiches are. Definitely one of my favorite sub shops.

Received the worst service in awhile. Outside of the sandwich not having meat in the Portabella Cheese Steak. Her only offer was to drive back with the sandwich on the same day plus bring back a half eaten sandwich. I didn't realize it didn't have meat in it since the portabella kind of looks like meat. I asked if they can just put it on a list and I can come back at another time since this was delivered from my friend. Don't ask for a district manager either she would not give any information. Too many other places to eat when prices are so high to get a the manager Sophia to resolve a simple issue, which they didn't. I guess the saying customers are always right is out the window with this store location which is on 13th street in Eugene.
