I donât know who this guy is who talked about his sandwich turning into slop and complaining about anti-union literature. He obviously has some kind of ax to grind, because I first went there a month ago, and I was extremely pleased with the service and the food. Everything was fresh and served very quickly. I have become a regular there.

They proudly hang anti-union papers in their shop. Absolutely dirtbag ownership. And what's worse than being asked 4 times to do ate to charity with your sandwich just so Jersey Mike can write it off on his taxes. No wonder whoever owns this location can't hire people who know how to make a sandwich no disintegrate into slop after 5 minutes

If you are going to charge 17-18$ for a single full size sub, there is an expectation of good service. This means being able to come in at 8:30-8:40 and be able to get a cheesesteak. This was unfortunately not the case which is not fitting of the "sub above" corporate moto...This should especially be the case considering the subways in this area constantly run a 3 footlongs for 17.99 coupon meaning this places only edge on competition is better flavor and service

I havenât even eaten my sub yet but that doesnât matter because the service was so poor that I will not be returning to this location. The staff there were very stand off-ish and a bit rude in their demeanor and how they responded to my boyfriend and I. This was our first time at Jersey Mikes and we were treated like it didnât matter that we were even there. If I wasnât as hungry as I was, I wouldâve walked right back out the door without ordering. Also, I really wish I hadnât tipped before even interacting with the staff, because they did not help in any way and were not even the slightest welcoming or nice.

Seems like everyone here has attituide for no reason. Male at counter was not very nice. Gave them a tip and now wish I had not. They did not even take my name. And then just started yelling out the sandwich. I'm like did u have a name? They said no so I'm like how do you know that was mine? Seriously wow not nice people working here. Two female workers were also terrible when I asked qestions about their food.

Branden had excellent service, he was extremely professional in his the he handled my food and I couldnât have been happier with my experience. Give the man a raise!!! He kept a smile on my face and laughter coming from my lungs!!

We usually love Jersey Mike's we have never had bad service before in Portland which surprise us here in Eugene the whole experience was just not good at all first we tried placing our order on line and it didn't go through when we got to Jersey Mike's we had to reorder out items yes it was 15 minutes before closing which we felt bad but had thought our order had gone through it normally does in Portland the worker's were not happy when we order we had four sandwiches they didn't really interact with us just asked us what we wanted and keep walking around mean mugging us like we had just ruined there night they didn't get our order right my husband had to trade his sandwich with one of our kids because my son sandwich wasn't what we ordered so my husband is now ordering grub hub for more food for himself cause neither like the sandwich that was not what we ordered and they were closed by the time we got back to our place but then one of the football player from ducks come in 5 minutes before closing and orders his food and they are all laughing joking around saying it all good no worries about coming in five min befor we close but us they acted like we made them stay open later i understand it was almost closing time but you should treat everyone with the same respect not pick and choose just cause you play a sport or famous we all pay the same for our food and deserve the same respect we could of just gone to subway or somewhere else to eat but we choose this place instead which we regret now cause we spend over 50 dollors for four sandwiches and still have to order other food it was a horrible experience and we wont be coming back to this location again especially after the way we were treated it not ok even though we apologized for coming 15 minutes before they closed we thought our order had gone through and we were just picking up but it didn't so we reorder and my husband left a tip on top of it all so it was just saddening how the experience went.
