The person who slices the jalepenos doesn’t take the stems out. Makes the sandwich pretty miserable cause it’s filled with stems. I understand working there probably sucks but please take the stems out

Let me tell you. I’m almost 52 years old and never had Jersey Mike’s. Why the heck not? I’ve been missing out. I got the turkey and provolone. It was so good. Doesn’t even compare to Subway lol. I had door dash bring it, so I’m not sure about the decor or service. I think the decor would have something to do with football since they’re partnered up with the NFL. Great food at great prices. A definite must try. I’m sure any of there sandwiches would be as good as the turkey with provolone.

I ordered sandwiches online for in store pick up. Ordering was easy and I liked that I could customize my order. Pick up was fast and easy. I noticed that the ordering area and dining area were clean and tidy. The best part was the sandwiches. They were beautifully made and delicious. I'm not sure who made our sandwiches since I ordered online but whoever you are, thank you!

Ordered a Philly cheesesteak Sami and within the meat was pieces of either paper or cardboard which made the sandwich inedible and gross. Delivery service refunded my money but due to the food handling error , my family and I are done.

Poor customer service and second time messing up my online delivery order. I went into the store asking for the manager to discuss an incorrect orders. The manager asked what was wrong and I mentioned that the bread was incorrect and that the sandwich’s had toppings that were not ordered on the sandwich (fyi allergic). He had one customer in front of me and asked me to wait. When I finally got to the counter he printed the receipt and said he wanted to see why they were incorrect. He then said that “just because the bread is wrong doesn’t make it an incorrect order.” When I mentioned the toppings were incorrect he got more frustrated. The lady who was working with him was glaring and agreeing. When he finally said he would make a new one (in a insincere tone) I said I would rather have a refund and order at another Jersey Mikes where I felt someone would be more sincere and take my order seriously. He never once said sorry and handed me my refund and said have a wonderful night.
I have worked in customer service and what any manager should have done right off was say “I’m sorry for an incorrect order, let’s fix it”. If this is how Jersey Mikes hires/train there managers they need more training or to look more into there hires. I left so upset and ended up not getting a sandwich for me and family.
I also never got a refund for the delivery fees and have lost my saved jersey miles points twice.
Note: the Jersey Mikes on UO campus is a great example of how Jersey Mikes should be run. Never had a bad sandwich/customer service there.
Would appreciate the actual store manager or someone from Jersey Mikes to reach out and discuss this further.

My child got FOOD POISONING!!! We ordered a sandwich from this location and 30-40 minutes after my child ate their sandwich they were projectile vomiting!!
Jersey Mike’s this is unacceptable and a serious health issue for the public. I have been in your stores and observed employees also cross contaminate in the past. Training is severely lacking. Do better!!

Hard to say because I didn’t eat anything. I was hankering for a Rueban sandwich but they don’t have that. So I asked for a pastrami sandwich but they didn’t have that either. Nor did they have my next choice, a meatball sandwich. So I left. Very limited menu.

Absolutely love Jersey Mikes subs and customer service. The staff are polite, fast and efficient. The sandwiches are hands down the best in town, I could eat one of their subs everyday. My only complaint is that the staff with facial hair don’t wear any kind of hair net while preparing food or doing prep. There’s nothing worse than finding a hair or other foreign object in your food, but hair especially takes the damning of ones lunch to a whole new level.
