Jersey Mike’s this is unacceptable and a serious health issue for the public. I have been in your stores and observed employees also cross contaminate in the past. Training is severely lacking. Do better!!

Hard to say because I didn’t eat anything. I was hankering for a Rueban sandwich but they don’t have that. So I asked for a pastrami sandwich but they didn’t have that either. Nor did they have my next choice, a meatball sandwich. So I left. Very limited menu.

Absolutely love Jersey Mikes subs and customer service. The staff are polite, fast and efficient. The sandwiches are hands down the best in town, I could eat one of their subs everyday. My only complaint is that the staff with facial hair don’t wear any kind of hair net while preparing food or doing prep. There’s nothing worse than finding a hair or other foreign object in your food, but hair especially takes the damning of ones lunch to a whole new level.

This place is 10/10. They were super busy yet took no time to make our delicious sandwiches! The price is respectable due to the amount of meat and toppings they give you. I’ve never had the skimp out. The quality of ingredients is also respectable. Additionally they are always nice and do a great job! 👏🏼

I've been holding off writing this review because I know the impact 1 start reviews can have on a business. I placed an order online one day at the end of a long series of errands. Got there, popped in, gave my name, was handed a bag, and drove home. Did I commit the classic blunder of not checking my order before leaving the restaurant? Yes, yes I did. I forgot in that moment because, as I said, many errands (with kids). I get home and open up the bag, by this time it's dinner hour and we are all starving. The bag contained only one of the four items I had ordered. There must have been two bags and the helpful employee did not check. So, after figuring out something totally different for my family to eat, I messaged through my order email, they said they can't give a refund, the store manager has to do it. So they forward my message. No reply. I check back again, weeks later, they forward my message again, no reply. That's it. End of sad story.

Love this place this is the best location of Jersey Mike's.
They are a clean well managed store that always gets my order right, even if I make a large or unnecessarily complicated order. The food is always prepared lightning fast and to perfection. As well the food is always ready right on time if I call in a pickup.
I simply can't recommend this specific store enough.
Vegetarian options: Lots of ways to make tasty veggie sandos if you custom order and you can have it for multiple meals portions are huge lol
Dietary restrictions: They are very good about minding dietary restrictions and answering questions about potential food allergens even for odd things like a honey allergy.
