At 10 I ordered a sandwich for pickup at 11:50 wasn't ready until 12:15 and that's with me standing there waiting after them saying were working on it, you had 2 hours for 1 sandwich, that's insane.
That being said food was bomb but you need to do better for real triage your orders

The food took a bit longer than anticipated, but turned out to be well worth the wait! They made amazing food, even during a nightmarish mid game-day rush.
Parking: Up close spots for people picking up online orders.

I stopped in at this location at 10 minute till 9:00 pm. Which the sign says is closing. A young lady that was cleaning the entry Matt's said they would close in 3 minutes. Obviously she more worried about going home than serving hungry customer. VWant be back!

They were too busy subway is better all around. They were so focused on speed that I didn't even get the chance to say what I wanted on my sandwich. I was just rushed through the process. The sandwich was mediocre. The workers made me feel like cattle. I didn't get what I wanted because to them my opinion didn't matter. All that mattered to them was rushing me through.

The whole store was upset with how long it took their sandwiches to be made people who were at the back of the line were put the door in seconds
This place is essentially a slower subway with higher prices

Correction this is the second time I came in and could not get my choice of bread! I got the excuse that they had an opening hour of $1500 so they ran out of bread! Not too happy.

Good subs, better bacon than Subway. Subway is a bit cheaper, but Jersey Mike's uses much better ingredients and they have fancy meats Subway doesn't have. I love their Italian Sandwiches and their BLT.

Ordered a Chiplote Chicken sandwich, wasn't asked what bread I wanted or what I wanted on it. This was to go. When I opened the sandwich it was a hot beef with cheese only. Nasty!! Took it back and they did do a "remake". When I got the remake I did check to make sure it was chicken. It was, but no green peppers or banana peppers like I asked for. Will definitely not be going back. No choice of bread, very limited choices of items to put on the sandwich.

If I was able to leave less than a star I would my over patient boyfriend waited 40 minutes for our online order with zero recognition from a single employee once I asked for a time frame the young lady turned to grab a bag from behind her and sealed the stickers that had sat there for who knows how long. Just awful.

I got a mini #8, food was great (still a little heavy on the oil and vinegar but im picky), my service was great.... Also...
I'd like to apologize on behalf of humanity for how that petulant customer was behind me. Never have I seen someone try so hard to piss off service staff, and literally sabotage their own order. Kudos to the kid running the neat and cheese for not only being kind but still providing great service, I wanted to fight her on your behalf. Okay I'm done.
Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwich, and a portobello sandwich option (solid neat alternative in my opinion).
Parking: ADA accessible.
Kid-friendliness: Not designed for children, but they will be fine here.
Wheelchair accessibility: ADA accessible unless the location is packed.
