Orion is the MVP, he deserves a raise plus a bonus day off. I called when I hadn't received my order in 40 min and he was apologetic and remade my order since the 3rd party it got tasked with stole my food and said it was delivered. I guess bonus for working in a place with cameras to check regarding that. He made sure to bring it by on his next round of orders. I am so appreciative for him and his customer service is great. He was friendly and just overall a great person to talk to over the phone.
I hope everyone has a beautiful holiday season and some christmas magic comes to Orion specifically. Keep up the great work everyone.

I work in a medical office, and we have Jimmy John's deliveries quite often. And it's never been an issue till today. I was texted by the driver to come down and pick up the food at their car or they were going to cancel the order. NEVER have I ever had to drop everything, excuse myself from the patients and doctors and leave the fast-paced, busy office to pick up my order. I paid for a delivery, deliver fees and a tip. That was completely uncalled for! They lost a customer today, and I will never recommend them to any of our patients, doctor or friends.

Ordered a veggie sandwich for $10, received a cold sandwich with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, mayonnaise. That’s it, no seasoning or attempt at flavor whatsoever.

Worst BREAD, hard as a brick couldn't even bite into it not a good sandwich @ all !! $23.13 for two inedible sandwiches will never go back to JImmy Crap Johns just terrible Roast beef tasted old *& not enough carbonation in their Coca-Cola . Wondering if they were going out of business...Well they should be .

Like it or hate it, JJs is a reliable option for sandwiches. I appreciate the speed of ordering and pick up as a rushed lunch option.
Parking: Usually open parking spots, but narrow and awkward lot to navigate.
Excellent service from Davin today. Very kind and professional on the phone, sandwiches were ready when I showed up, and he even put napkins in the bag without having to ask. GIVE THIS DUDE A RAISE!

First customer of the day. Ordered a country club with double meat. The guy making the sandwich was literally throwing the meat and cheese on the sandwich then just rolled it up like it was a sleeping bag then wrapped it up and gave to me with an attitude like he better things to do. Very poor customer service as well as the bread was kinda stale for being the first costumer of the day.
