My soda smelled like body odor as if someone was sweating all day and stuck the stack of cups under their armpit as they were carrying it to put in the cup holders by their drink station and when I told them about it I was hung up on. Beware I believe the food is tampered with at times. My friend recently bought food from there and there was a whole sheet of paper that they use to roll the sandwich up in wadded up in their sandwich. No way that that was on accident.

I ordered a sandwich, and there was an entire sheet of paper in my sub! The sandwich was cut in half, I took a bite out of the first side and choked on two pieces of paper about an inch in length. I then looked at the other side and saw a small piece of paper sticking out. After pulling this piece, it ended up being an entire sheet, covered in mayo, seasonings, and oil. The sandwich was dry after pulling out the balled-up paper. I could understand if it was wrapped in with the meat, but this seemed deliberate. I called the store to let them know what happened, and was told that I could either have a replacement for another time or I would have to come pick it up, I had to toss the entire sub, there were small pieces of paper and I already choked once, and I had paid for the delivery. I called today, 6/12/25, and was told that I would have to pay for delivery again! this is unacceptable! I have ordered quite a bit from this store, and i am extremely upset that i was treated like an annoyance. I was kind to the gentleman on the phone and was still told that there was nothing he could do, and before I could say anything else, I was hung up on. I am very disappointed with this kind of service.

Orion is the MVP, he deserves a raise plus a bonus day off. I called when I hadn't received my order in 40 min and he was apologetic and remade my order since the 3rd party it got tasked with stole my food and said it was delivered. I guess bonus for working in a place with cameras to check regarding that. He made sure to bring it by on his next round of orders. I am so appreciative for him and his customer service is great. He was friendly and just overall a great person to talk to over the phone.
I hope everyone has a beautiful holiday season and some christmas magic comes to Orion specifically. Keep up the great work everyone.

I work in a medical office, and we have Jimmy John's deliveries quite often. And it's never been an issue till today. I was texted by the driver to come down and pick up the food at their car or they were going to cancel the order. NEVER have I ever had to drop everything, excuse myself from the patients and doctors and leave the fast-paced, busy office to pick up my order. I paid for a delivery, deliver fees and a tip. That was completely uncalled for! They lost a customer today, and I will never recommend them to any of our patients, doctor or friends.

Wondering if they were going out of business...Well they should be .
