Like it or hate it, JJs is a reliable option for sandwiches. I appreciate the speed of ordering and pick up as a rushed lunch option.Parking: Usually open parking spots, but narrow and awkward lot to navigate.

Excellent service from Davin today. Very kind and professional on the phone, sandwiches were ready when I showed up, and he even put napkins in the bag without having to ask. GIVE THIS DUDE A RAISE!

Sandwich tasted good but was put together so sloppy. No care at all. When paying for a $13 sandwich I would expect better presentation.

Service was fast, a little too fast. Distribution of ingredients on the sandwich was overall terrible and the attitude of the employee/manager made it feel like I was just bothering them with my order.

As I was ordering my sandwich, the sandwich artist went right to work. By the time I had my change back in my hand, my sandwich was ready! Now, that was quick service! The sandwich was delicious.

First customer of the day. Ordered a country club with double meat. The guy making the sandwich was literally throwing the meat and cheese on the sandwich then just rolled it up like it was a sleeping bag then wrapped it up and gave to me with an attitude like he better things to do. Very poor customer service as well as the bread was kinda stale for being the first costumer of the day.

usually fine but today got a sandwich and it was half lettuce like there was no meat. The turkey in the sandwich that did exist was spoiled. Had to throw away my sandwich and now im hungry. Thanks for

I ordered a Little John with double the protein. It was enough meat for one bite! Definitely not double. I ordered it with pepperoncini peppers and instead got some red peppers- which were way too hot and once I accidentally ate one, made it hard to finish eating what was essentially a bread sandwich. Second time with this experience. Never again.

Walked in and was immediately glared at from the cashier, not even greeted. I had to engage the cashier to take my order. The cashier was very rude, and made me feel like I was interrupting them, with only one other person in the store.I was already having a bad day and didn't want anymore bad vibes, walked out and went next door to five guys. They had good vibes and a smile, plus I got exactly what I ordered. This location should really hire a front counter person who is better suited for the position. I won't be back, I don't feel like being treated like I'm trash for ordering a sandwich ?

I recently had an experience at Jimmy John's that left me feeling quite disappointed. I placed an online order for a sandwich and accidentally forgot to remove tomatoes from it. When I received my order and realized the mistake, I called the restaurant to see if they could help rectify the situation. To my surprise and dismay, the customer service representative informed me that, since it was my mistake, there was nothing they could do to address it. This response made me quite sad, especially considering it was the first thing I had eaten all day, and it was already 9 pm.In contrast, I visited a nearby Subway. While I was ordering, I explained the situation at Jimmy John's, and they were more than willing to accommodate me. They not only understood my predicament but also promptly provided me with a free sandwich to ensure my satisfaction. This stark difference in customer service left me feeling appreciative of Subway's willingness to go the extra mile when compared to my experience at Jimmy John's.Overall, while I do enjoy Jimmy John's sandwiches, this particular incident made me question their customer service policies and left me with a less-than-happy impression of their willingness to address customer concerns when mistakes happen.

They’re constantly out of ranch which is disappointing because it’s one of the main reasons we go to Jimmy johns. Why offer it if it’s never in stock? Very frustrating. Might as well go to subway.
