I came to KFC on my way home from town. I was headed by Wrin, and he was the kindest and most thorough person and I couldn't thank him enough. The food was good and it wasn't too busy.

Always check your to go order before driving away. This is the second time in 3 visits something was missing. It was a little comical this time around because they gave me a ton of BBQ sauce for the 8 piece tenders, but no tenders.

Staff are very kind and although there was a mixup/miscommunication they did their best to make it right. Food tastes amazing as always and the restaurant was kept very clean. 10/10

My brother had some chicken that was too spicy he hadn’t experienced the new recipe the employee was more then kind and provided equal value of the meal if you get the girl with pink hair expect quality service

My friends bragged about the pot pies, so I decided tonight would be the night. No cars in the lot and no one in the drive thru, now I know why!
Picked up the pot pie and went straight home not five minutes away. The pie was not only sunk to the bottom but appeared it had been baked in the oven on its side as all of what was left of the pie was hanging over one side and that included the crust. No, I did not drop it! The crust was in tact, just not in the pot and it was cold, too!
The pie consisted of carrots and potatoes and not one piece of chicken!
I will buy Marie Callendars from here on out at half the price.

Ive been going to this kfc all my life and every time I go i have the worst eating experience ever. Every time i hope it gets better it gets worse. I promise you can find more fast food places on w11th that wont make you gag because of the food quality

The only way the girl at the window could have been any ruder is if she threw the food into my car. And she forgot my butter and honey packets for my biscuit.
P.S. I said "no" the first time you wanted me to round up my order to give KFC a tax break. I did n't need to be asked twice.

We were the first in drive thru today and got shorted We bought the 16-piece meal for $60 and we were shorted five pieces We didn't catch it until we came all the way back home to Florence I am very upset about the situation I don't think we will be going there any longer and if we do we're definitely going to start counting our chickens and I would too if u go there
