The W.11th KFCis by far the best one in the city.The food is always magnificently good, chicken is always hot and crispy. They also have the best service. The staff is always smiling and very helpful. Thank you Alexandria for the BBQ. Marisol and Rojelio are super pleasant and nice, they make the restaurant a very a wonderful atmosphere. I will go nowhere else but this KFC. You guys are awesome ! Oh I also I met the store manager before while doing an app pick up and she is a great leader. Thank you guys,

This location will consistently tell me my food is done in the app then when I get to the window will tell me it’s going to be a super long wait 45 minutes the first time 30 the second. who would actually sit there that long and wait?! And why tell me my food is ready when it isn’t?! The employees here have to be some of the worst in the city because I’ve been to the other locations and have never had a problem

Check your bags before you leave the drive through. Had spent 40 dollars tonight ordered 2 meals w/ 2 Sides. Got 1 side in 1 meal and both in the other. Also asked for a side of fries, mac and cheese and a pot pie. Didn't receive any of the sides. And after looking at other reviews its best to always check your bags. Female server was really nice and welcoming which is why I didnt give it a 1 star.

Horrible service tried to ask girl something and she turned her head and shut window.
I came to KFC on my way home from town. I was headed by Wrin, and he was the kindest and most thorough person and I couldn't thank him enough. The food was good and it wasn't too busy.

Always check your to go order before driving away. This is the second time in 3 visits something was missing. It was a little comical this time around because they gave me a ton of BBQ sauce for the 8 piece tenders, but no tenders.

My brother had some chicken that was too spicy he hadn’t experienced the new recipe the employee was more then kind and provided equal value of the meal if you get the girl with pink hair expect quality service

My friends bragged about the pot pies, so I decided tonight would be the night. No cars in the lot and no one in the drive thru, now I know why!
Picked up the pot pie and went straight home not five minutes away. The pie was not only sunk to the bottom but appeared it had been baked in the oven on its side as all of what was left of the pie was hanging over one side and that included the crust. No, I did not drop it! The crust was in tact, just not in the pot and it was cold, too!
The pie consisted of carrots and potatoes and not one piece of chicken!
I will buy Marie Callendars from here on out at half the price.
