I have always loved KFC. Though the prices were high in today's economy,$19.99 for 8 pieces and $6 for potato wedges, the food is always good. Employees were friendly and sympathized with the prices. Clean dining room.

Sonja ( I hope I spelled your name right!) is a freaking drive thru master. Impeccable service. Who even uses that word anymore? People who get what they want, when they want and didn't even know they wanted it, that's who says it. Now that person is me and that's thanks to Sonja (Sonia? Sonya?) Anyway, give them a raise. They upsold me and that stuff never works on me! But hey made those crispy onions sound like life and I followed up with a donation cuz it made me feel so good. Props to A+ customer service.

Store clerk with short dark hair is extremely rude to customers, seems to have some personal problems she is taking out on guests. Last time i go this place. Manager needs to check in on her. Saturday, mar 16th 7p.m. not the long haired girl on break. The little angry one.

We went for the classic chicken wraps. What a disappointment. One little piece of chicken, two soggy nasty pickles and almost no spicy mayo at all. It was the driest most disgusting chicken wrap I've ever had. Don't be fooled this is nothing like the twister. No lettuce, no cheese, no tomato and virtually no sauce. Do better!! You are a chicken restaurant why does Wendy's and burger king have better wraps.

Placed an order through their app, ready at 3:30pm, came to pick up, store doesn't have my order, 3:40, they give me a phone number to call, no food. They charged me right away, now on hold listening to terrible music waiting to talk to someone.

franchise location that has a couple of issues.1. inconsistent hours, this place seems to close way earlier than posted a lot2. this location has higher prices than other KFC locations, Heck the KFC in the LAX terminal has cheaper prices than this one3. they charge 50 cents for a water cup, now part of me wants to say they do this to deter homeless people from coming in the lobby but considering the fact that the YUMM! brands franchise owners in Eugene seem to be excessively greedy in their markups makes me think otherwise
