Poor food quality fries are rock hard didnt get forks or straws butter was busted open in the bag and food was crushed honestly go to the wingstop thats just down the road

Lobby is never busy but I still sit at the counter for 20 minutes while 5 employees are seeing me standing there and not one of them even says "I'll be with you in a minute". In the meantime they are handing out drive thru orders. Terrible service and terrible

They weren't busy because the weathers been horrible so we figured our food would be fresh but it wasn't. Absolutely horrible. Ordered 4 meals. Tasted like the bottom of the barrel. French fries were hard as a rock and chicken tasted old. Very disappointed.

Chicken tenders were sub par, fries were miserable and cold as well. I'd probably pass on going there again. Service was quick and friendly though. 4/10, wouldnt recommend.

Most of the time it's good...great service (drive thru only) great food..they always seem to miss little things. I had ordered a chicken strip meal..great...asked for the smallest spicy wings to try them..got regular...so..smaller chicken strips and I'd say 90% of the time you get no spork or butter and honey..other than that it's been fast and delicious.

I ordered online and when i went to pick up my order i asked for sauces and the overly energetic woman at the window assured me there was sauces in the bag. Well there wasnt a one. And my child will not eat the food without it. So i wasted ten bucks for nothing. Thankyou kfc on river rd.

Very unpleasant visit the other night in the lobby of KFC. I understand being understaffed and being slammed during dinner rush. At least, that's what I overheard the manager saying to other employees while waiting for someone to take my order. I waited for over 20 minutes, and the manager, during that time, every passing said someone would be right with me. Someone finally came up to me, so I handed him a coupon and started to place my order, and he interrupted me, asking me if I was there to pick up or something like that. "No," I said he then turned around and walked away in the back, nowhere to be seen again. I saw another employee come into the kitchen cool as a cucumber opens a door, grabs some food, and dissapeared in the back. Meanwhile, there are at least six people in the lobby. Nobody's eating. They all are waiting. A customer comes to the counter to collect his order. After doing a quick Invitory of his food, he looks at me and says, "You're gonna be in here for about 45 minutes. I left after being in there for 25 min and not getting any service tried calling and waited in the drive thru cause I saw only 5 cars in line. That line never moved in ten minutes. I gave up after that. They didn't even seem that busy. C'mon guys pull it together.

Order was wrong and manager was questioning us that we had what we didn't, and was really rude. I told him corporate would hear about him and he slammed the window. So I said for sure corporate will hear about you, he stormed to the window and yelled at us to be quiet and just leave. Well we paid for what we asked for, and expected to get what we asked and paid for. Need much better customer skills. And other KFC places we've told about this one say OH....that one....so obviously it's not the best place to go. It's worth the extra mile to go to another franchise. Avoid this one on River Rd.

The biscuit was raw dough inside, and the thigh was red and very undercooked. No one would answer the phone when I tried to call to make them aware. Done getting food here, there is always an issue with orders.

20 dollar fill up box is not worth the money I recieved 4 pieces of chicken 4 biscuits sauces and fries but the nuggets were breading absolutely zero chicken nuggets I hate being lied
