The gentleman taking orders Don was so pleasant. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and just a delight to order from. I watched him taking an order for a family with children and he engaged awesomely with the children as well as the parents. Don has amazing customer service. When I paid for my food it asked what amount of tip. I don't tip before I get or even eat my meal. So when I chose no tip I looked at my receipt when I sat down and they charged me a tip anyway. I will not be giving my business to them again. That is literally stealing in my opinion. Pay attention to your receipts people. You are probably being charged a tip without your knowledge.

The food, great! The staff, always friendly! Their app is the worst part about the place: Rewards that donât work, âfree itemsâ that refuse to apply even when theyâre in your cart, refusing to let you spin for reward after purchase, sometimes terrible delays between app and the cooks even knowing about your order. You canât re-order past orders, they keep changing how the app works so I have to relearn it every few months. But you can probably customize the food a lot if you can figure out the new app that week. Probably.

Ordered food and they got nothing right, got it to go, got home and it was all wrong, but the employees had no problem standing around and laughing and talking, to bad they were focused on the customer and the food, wonât go back there again
Never been to a Killer Burger before, and it's a nice place.
I wasn't brave enough to try the namesake Killer Burger, I'm curious about the idea of peanut butter on a burger, but I was also hungry and didn't feel well off enough to risk having to buy a different burger if it turned out I didn't like peanut butter on my hamburger.
But the Fun Guy was a nice burger, my son had the Bender and thought it was good, my partner the Classic and she had no complaints either.
The decor is hipster industrial, if you're into concrete floors, exposed ductwork in the ceilings, and a lot of big blocky wood beams and so on, then you're in luck because that's exactly what they've got! I have no strong feelings one way or the other on that style, so it was fine by me.
Staff was great, friendly, helpful, and patient when it turned out we needed more togo boxes than we thought we would.
